The arrogant attitude of Greater Finland distresses me greatly. Dal's offer of both Kassland and Lew Zealand seems very generous in comparison. I think Tungstenia is leaning towards supporting Dal in his war on terror. What are your feeling Richelieu (spelt correctly of course)?

edit: Since Richelieu has left the foreign policy up to me, I think that we can come to an agreement, Dal. Let's make sure of the terms though...
