Btw, there are such great locations as the British Isles, India, Iran, Sahara, Marocco left untouched. The Balkans are quite crowded with the reappearance of the Roman Empire, though, and most of Eastern Europe is under the influence of Greater Finland.
But there are 10¹⁰⁰ islands to spare...
