China thanks russia for the nuclear warhead but hopes it will never be used.

There is a general sense of unerst around the Chinese people. They feel thier country is unable to defend itself. They wan't a governement more commited to self defense and the well being of the Chinese people. Ming Chung's term is over next year and there is a growing feeling he won't be back again.
