The USSR will allow the current Alaska situation to stand.

African Colonies:
The USSR feels that itself, BEER, and the USA are modernizing the region, and as such are justified in their presence.

Disarmarment:
Vote against military escalation, although the current situation is acceptable

Nuclear Weapons:
As above, the world needs the deterrents to war.

Pie:
We like pie.

India and Egpyt:
Russia votes India and Egypt as general members.

To stop incidinces like the recent British Invasion, and war in Bonschnooglia from happening again, BEER, with the backing of Canada, issues forth this Bonschnooglian Doctrine.

1. All Nations not capitaled in Bonschnooglia must withdraw their troops from Bonschnooglia, and leave their territory to

Current UN Vote

Alaska: 3-1 in favor of status quo. Waiting for other nations to vote, but it looks like this will pass.

Africa: 3-0 with one abstain. Passes by acclaimation.

Disarm again dies in council.

Nuclear weapons will not be reduced 4-0 vote, passes by acclaimation.

Pie: 3-1. Certainly the main issue of this UN council.

India/Egypt Admittance: 3-1 for. The security council number is fixed at six nations (I wanted five, but someone would have been snubbed.).

Note: I consider Africa and Nukes settled, as their is a clear majority and no dissenting votes.

Votes still open to all UN members: Alaska, Pie, and India/Egypt admittance to general assembly.

It is assumed that all "NPC" nations abstain their votes. The open issues need one more "aye" vote to pass.

I condemn unprovoked intimidation and aggression in alaska by the canadians, remove the american embassy in canada, force the canadian embassy to e evacuated and destroy it, and cut off absolutely all contact. The border is now being policed the newly elected 67% imperialist congress supports this. 300 modern tanks approach montana. The US navy is now guarding the bering strait and the South Alaskan Sea.

I also refuse to acknowledge the bonschnooglia doctrine and will not withdraw from ireland.

Metaliturtle has mentioned that freedom of speech is allowed in beer. As shown be tienanmen square and gorbachev, a communist dictatorship cannot allow freeedom of speech annd last long. Russia supports national self-determination, when the nation shows capability to govern itself effectively. As a show of good faith, the USSR is returning its Indian conquests to India, as they now have a government that seems to be responsible.

Reality Police opinion: It seems that BEER has abandoned Communism for all practical purposes, but they still might retain the rhetoric of worker's revolution. Maybe it's more of the Democratic Socialist government in much of real life Europe?

USA's refusal to acknowledge the Bonschnooglian doctrine as well as it's recent threat of an invasion of Canada and Alaska, is a threat to the Warsaw Pact.
BEER forces in England enforce the Bonschnooglian doctrine, and take Ireland.
A naval Blocade is set up on both sides of the Panama Canal to postpone American further American attacks in Alaska, and all defenses around the Panama canal are destroyed by BEER air power. BEER Army Establishes control of Panama, and the South American BEER army moves north, taking Colombia and Ecuador.

BEER acclaims Russia's policy of Self Determination, and it's relenquishing of Indian Territory.

The Anschluss was supported by the Alaskan people, i don't want another war, i've lost what, three capitals already. About Iceland, you can keep the islands to it's south east. I demand that you respect the Bonschnooglian Doctrine if you expect to see your own Monroe Doctrine respected. I have Mechanised Infantry units gaurding my border. remember what happened to the last Americans to invade canada? I don't want war. please remain civil.

As per an agreement between the premeir and myself the USSR will receive the islands west of Alaska and 20 years of free oil. UN Vote update.

The Alaska anschluss has been supported, 4-1. America is requested to respect this vote.

Pie passes 4-1.

Egypt joins the general assembly, by a 4-1 margin. Its vote for this session doesn't count, of course. We look forward to their participation in next year's council.

The vote on India is 3-2 for, and still open. It looks like Iraq will have the deciding vote on this issue.

The USSR sincerely hopes the South American aggression will be peacefully resolved in short order.

The USSR is preparing an unmanned mission to Mars, supported by China and BEER.

For using the cutesy word "plz" if you can call that a word, USSR changes its vote on the still open Indian Admission to "No." The vote is now 2-3, against, and fails to pass. Maybe next year. All U.N. business is now concluded for this year's session. The delegates return home to their respective nations, where nice warm pie is waiting for many of them.

India: Establish yourself as responsible in the world for longer than, say, a cup of coffee, and we'll talk. Also note that the Soviet portion of India is again under your control. Keep the spamming to a minimum, and I'm sure we'll find a place for you in the world.

If you want peace, why the arms buildup? No one is currently threatening your nation.
