The 1954 Brown v. Board decision has not been enforced until quite recently, when the Nader amdinistration made anti-segregation one of its strongest positions. In response, many southern states have rebelled creating the CSA, with its capital in Houston. Their leader is John Ashcroft, and they are very strongly agains the warsaw pact. Nader calls on the warsaw pact to help, in exchange for increased american cooperation and long term affiliation of the Americans with warsaw.

Although the ability to declare a state of emergency was created for responding to terrorism, Nader has used the new civil war to declare an emergency. All troops in Iran except a small guard regiment are to return home....

General MacArthur saw the president's order. And he also saw the invitation from the CSA. He chose the latter. THe next day, American-controlled territory in Iran officially sided with the CSA.

Nader looked at the clock and then hurriedly picked up the phone. It was 3:48 AM.

"What is it??"

"#&$*! Well lets just hope the soldiers are more loyal to me than to him!"

"What is this, the CSA has taken LA too? #&#$! Focus more troops in California. And keep attacking from the middle, if we can split em we've won it."


In Iran, the troops are split. The internal quarrels have allowed the Iranians to retake the territory and capture nearly all of the American troops. The US has retaken LA and is making fast progess on the Western front.

NEW RULES

1. Battle calculations: don't say your taking a place over say you plan to send troops there, i'll figure out whether you win or loose.

2. Defense information: i DEMAND a PM from every single member of this game stateing the troops defending each area (ie: N. Atlantic coast US: Dedicated spearmen roughly 12 thousand) rough numbers i insist.

3. Official secret service: PM me requesting information from the secret service. General info (ie: what is the most advanced troop that the people of Canada currently have), title it SS and the either General or specific. general missions have 100% chance of success and 0% chance of getting caught. Specific missions (ie: what does canada have defending Quebec?) have a 30% chance of failure (without being caught) and a 40% chance of getting caught (totally seperate from failure)

yes it's still seat of the pants but it's a step up in ending the chaos
