Z, It seems to me that if the Canandian adopt the same practices as we do with respect to visitors to Canada, there would be no need to tighten security at our border. However, if they choose to ignore our requests, then we will have to tighten security at our borders.
But back to the point of "equality" of treatment of foreign nationals, if this were absolutely required, then of course we would have to fingerprint all Canadians as well, wouldn't we.
That doesn't make any sense. Neither does it, IMHO, to not focus the fingerprinting requirement on nationals of known terrorist-harboring states.

oaky Ned , but very soon we are going to see groups and members that shall drop out of the sea , like the military , ....just like in the midlle east , .....and there is no way to control these guys , they have no idea , or the just make it if they need it , where there is a goal , there is a way , ...
