	Firaxis new secret 3D project? Mark! Find out what! :doitnow!: Put an end to popups!

I was wasting my time at Gamasutra and found this in the Jobs Section:

Well, it's a real shame Sid didn't work on Civ 3. If he did, the game would be almost perfect. However, this might really be something that Sid will work on.

hi ,

spy-plane shot down when crossing international border , ....

US government say's , its friendly fire , ........

allright , there has been some talk on a Japanese site , ...mainly fed by a couple people from Hong-kong , they have been in the gaming news "gossip" for years , ....

sometimes they are wrong , sometimes not , ....

there is talk that civ4 shall be more like a one person game , the player(s) would walk the game , ....like a shooter , but way more complicated .
there has been talk since about feb of this year about SMAC 2 .
there has been talk about a total different way of civ3 .

a whole load about things , but no-one can really tell for sure , .....

anyway , the above are only talk's , ........;

any ideas on invading 2 allied civs that cover the entire area of europe, asia and africa? they have railroads everywhere meaning they can mass-move troops anywhere needed

i hope it's smac2, but i think it's Pirates 2, which i also good, since i missed the first one

Pirates 2? In full 3D? I don't think so.

Actually, I had this dream about a civ game that would mix traditional 2D gameplay with a special 3D mode, whereby the player would be allowed to wander around his cities, hearing what the people have to say and watching riots and revolts on the streets, or presiding the We Love the King Day parades.

What is the usefulness of such a thing, you might ask. Fluff, my friend, fluff.
