Europe is not country either. Lots of other entries in that list are not official recognized countries either but just regions

perhaps you need a "this list may and may not contain actual countries" disclaimer?

Cyberhsy, if Markos does what aaglo says above your post, I'm satisfied. I'm really offended by Palestine being called a country. What flag do then people in Jerusalem choose? Israel says it's theirs, Palestine says it's theirs.

I realised that Afghanistan was a real country! It was an example of a country that people from another country would not like.

I think Snapcase made a list of the many included flags that weren't from a country though in one of the closed threads. If Palestine went, so would each and every one of those.

I really don't see how you could be upset by its mere existance in the list though.
a) You only ever see it when you are changing flags, which shouldn't be that often.
b) No-one is using the flag currently, so you never see it on-site.

EDIT: Ok, you are offended by it being called a country. Fair enough.

Well Skanky, Afghanistan is a country some might like. I'm not going into details, but there are countries I don't like... I'm not complaining, though, because they ARE independent countries, independence of whose is protected by international treaties.

7 pages of this godawful thread I read before finding this link. As not everyone is going to use the correct flag anyway, it just seems to clutter it up.
And I agree there should be non-flags, soviet, anarchist, plain black flag. etc.

But for now, plain green will suffice

because friends of me live in Uganda, they are helping orphans with studying and living.
I've been there last summer for a few weeks to help a bit as well. I support Uganda, and wish them the very best.

I support them by putting their flag in my avator.

Whats the point of this feature if its going to have flags that dont represent real countries? If a ussr flag is added I can see the Kommunist Kids Klub having a field day...

I see there is also an Australian Aborigine flag in there. Neither the maori people nor the aborigines had flags until recently, they are just the creation of politically correct nutjobs. Im suprised there isnt a native american flag in there too.

Why stop with bogus flags created for non-existent countries? Why not have the confederate and nazi flags in there? While we're at it lets put in the gay flag - we have to be inclusive...

Thanks! I also found that If I leave the mouse over the thing, it'll tell me the country.

Mark- just a comment- the Norwegian flag is a bit distorted, Perhaps if you moved the cross up a big and shrunk it... Although I do enjoy having the largest flag IIt does look a bit strange.
