Greetings and best wishes to President Ninot, honored Ministers and the citizens of Apolytonia. I am the Chief Justice and former Foreign Minister of Phoenatica and I bear tidings from that fair land. We seek a point of contact between our two great countries in order to share knowledge and experiences.

Allow me to tell you a little bit about my homeland. Phoenatica has always been dedicated to the principle of peace through strength. Although we have never initiated hostile actions we have always been prepared to punish our agressive neighbors when they attacked us. We believe in government by the people and for the people and have based our Constitution and laws around this concept. On our world we have achieved preeminence in culture, sciences and military might.

You have already met some of our citizens including Chieftess, our President, and disorganizer, our ambasadorial attache. I invite you to visit Phoenatica to meet more of our fine people. I also encourage the government of Apolytonia to consider a reciprocal embassy.

I heard a multiplayer DemoGame wouldn't please Thunderfall, because he thinks it would lead to a sitewar. But in the meantime, I've seen Civ2 Demogamers setting up a multi DemoGame with (or rather against ) Civfanatics.
Do you know the exact thoughts of Thunderfall about this ?

I'm thinking about teaching a couple courses at FNU next month. Now that we have SETI in Phoenatica we can do some long distance learning and beam my lectures to Apolytonia. I was thinking mainly along the lines of Phoenatican History 101, Phoenatic Consitutional Crises, and such but could throw in a little military technology stuff here and there.

I would like to invite you to my house, at the first and greatest plantation in Apolyton. My banana plantation at Banana HQ turns out the finest bananas in all of Apolytonia. With the new road that has been built, travel should be much easier. And in my mountain home of Chie, you can ski in the snow-covered hills, and attend our university. There is also a river at the edge of town, which connects Tirion, Pherris and Khatovar. The mountains and river of Chie is a beautiful stopping place for our river cruise.
