I wonder if I should have mentioned to finbar that i had my chainsaw in the ute when I was visiting.

I could have demonstrated the correct use of it.

Damn Hydey! Now you tell me! For crying out, Mrs Hydey could have distracted Mrs finbar inside with some sort of idle chit-chat while you popped out the back and did the deed!

Sadly Sydney people with their sub tropical climate do not appreciate that.

This tree is at least 30 years old, a real beauty.

I've found that all our dire issues boil down to one thing - Mrs Horse wants me to spend time with her.

This of course is quite amusing when you consider how keenly aware she seems to be of all my weaknesses and failures.

It confirms my theory that whatever women talk to you about its almost always about something else entirely

It's pretty simple. I went global. You limited yourself to a game in which style triumphs over substance.

Maybe it's our age difference. I discovered that 30 years ago. Which isn't to say I remember it often enough.

That aside, it's one of the many reasons why they are the superior species. Extraordinary creatures.

Something along the line of phasors? Looking at things backwards?

Looking at a map the right way up, when you aren't actually facing north. Women need the map actually facing the way they are looking, and will turn the map upside down to read it.

Or seeing a design plan for something, and actually being able to see it in 3d in your mind. That sort of thing.
