One net payer country already opted out precisely because of this concern. The country? Norway, which voted against EU membership because the rules would have made Norway a net payer country and they feared that in time their tax burden would only increase. The Nordics decided to keep their oil money and tell the EU to bugger off.

As a matter of diplomatic norms just about every treaty has a termination clause. Whither you agree with it or not it is, never the less, entirely legal.

The problem is that
1) Even today, and especially after we shall enter union,
our market is free for western products. They live of it,
so they can pay a little.
2)EU plans that for 7-9 years, Polish farmers will get of budget only 25% of what western farmers shall get.
Isn't that a bit drastical? They'll have to concur with western ones in the same market, getting 4x less funds.

Kinda off topic, but Konisberg/Kaliningrad should never have been Russian after WWII...maybe Polish or Lithuanian, but not Russian. Doesn't make geographical sense.

Now I say just split in half between Poland and Lithuania through a referendum or some other pseudo-democratic method.

If that doesn't work, then make it an independent mini-republic, and there you go, maybe it could join the EU someday, or even the CIS...

Unless the people of Kaliningrad consider themselves Russians and want to remain that way until the year 2500 or so...in that case, nevermind.

Well there's a theory that all "democratic republics"
of eastern Europe were temporary countries and were supposed to be included into USSR. It could be that Kaliningrad would have been something to convince Poles to
it. It would have had another bonus; large Russian minority in Poland that could be used (already was in fact) for ehm
administration causes.
But I doubt that.

Czechs banned Germans on their own, while in Poland they were banned according to Soviet-American-British agreement and Poland didn't have much to do with it.

Polish military development isn't bad, as shown by recent agreements with india, Indonesia and Malaysia.
