When you examine you're PDA in the game, The Dig. Boston Low will say:

"It's the T-1000 Model"


Please note, that the guy who did Boston's voice in The Dig, was the actor who played the T-1000 in Terminator 2. The name escapes me though, if you know please post it.

A grue is a horrible monster that lives in the dark and kills things. It's impossible to see, and it can't be killed. At least, that's what's been in all of the games I can think of...

Since we haven't had many 'escape' ones:

People: There is no ESCAPE FROM MONKEY ISLAND
Guybrush: That's funny, I've escaped from there 3 times already.

This is more funny than it looks, because the phrase in caps is said in a booming 1940s announcing the film voice......and it is every single time within the game those words are said.

Almost exactly the same message as what you get in dark rooms in ADOM. In that game, if you're doomed, there's a 1/1000 chance of instadeath every turn you spend in the dark.
