Our submariners are uncotrolable. The Spanish naval yard in Toledo was the home of most Spanish submarines. Since they cannot return to their home port, they wander the seas exacting their revenge on the country that ouccupies it. Give back Toldeo and the piracy will stop.

Have to see, what these socalled undepended submarines has done lately.

Total and unconditional stop of piracy against all nations must be officially declared before next season. Or else spanish submarines will be sunk whereever they are discovered - even if this means war again.

Before I order my troops to leave the spanish city - the spanish must leave the city just couquered from one of my most truly allied and allow them to take control of that city (has to be confirmed by the egyptians). If done so - I'll do same to the spanish city on the spanish mainisland.

If not - then the spanish empire are going same way as their submarines.

Oh and, the Spanish seem to have no problem making enemies.

Yes they are and I don't know why. Well it could be that we are in shoving match over some unsettled territory. If the piracy continues we will have to begin a little piracy of our own.

The spanish want war again.

Piracy and spying.

Now the spanish city Cordoba has fallen. Though heavily protected by artillery and machingunners, the famous phoenician elite taskforce took the city.

Many phoenician mothers will cry when this message reach them, course our losses were many, but the objective was reached.

Troops are now heading for the spanish capitol. Reinforcement are comming in from the sea and soon by air.

Only total surrender from the spanish can now be accepted.

I ask of the Phoenicians and Egyptians to please refrain from any more aggressive attacks on the Spanish. We never did want to see the total anhilation of the Spanish civilization just a more level playing field. It would be nice if you could return most of the captured cities to the Spanish. Lastly if these demands are agreed too would the Spanish leader please resume leadership of his nation?

As we, the Egyptians, never intended to destroy the Spanish, but merely protect our selves, we are currently not holding any Spanish cities.

I will offer peace to the Spanish as soon as possible.

Peace will be offered - and we'll leave the spanish mainisland (letting them take control of the cities without considering this as an act of war) IN EXCHANGE of a lasting "NO PIRACY" and no spanish spies on phoenician mainisland. No gold will be requested - no counterdemand are expected either.

Besides the peace and the retreat I offer. We (the others) promise to cancel our knowledge-alliance and promise, that no alliance - official or under covered - must exceed 60-70% (3 out of 5, 4 out of 6 etc.) of the players (maybe this should be extended to all other games?).

If Swissy would accept this - OK.

If not - we should seek a permanent human player to replace Swissy.

Now the time of truth has come.

The spanish must be very careful of what they are doing now. What they do FIRST and what they do SECOND.

We has left the spanish cities - they are "Open cities". So FIRST, the spanish are allowed to take these back. Then SECOND they HAS TO ACCEPT our offer for peace - and that's that.

If the spanish apply, the phoenicans will leave the spanish mainisland on that un-escorted troopship, that just arrived at the shore.
