A PBEM game can last over a year, it really depends on whether there are two or eight players, and how quickly people send the turns.... You can leap into the middle of some games - TheBirdman is looking for a substitute for a player that has dropped out or click on the little killers (Challenge) link on zobozewarriors post earlier in this thread- I am sure he will let you in the game  |

I'd be more interested in playing internet games instead. PBEM games take too darn long imo.
Last Saturday, I happened to log on to the Cal server and attempted to set up an internet game but failed. If I remember correctly, BerXpert and some other guy tried to start a game, but I could not join. Every time, I got a message telling me that my database was out of synch. BerXpert told me this was caused by my modifying the original ctp txt files. I'm not sure how I can fix this. The only thing that I've ever edited is the userprofile.txt to set up a game with 16 civs.
HELP!!!

Permanent replacement is need in Three Guns.
Currently on turn 29, 3 teams of 2 players each (Europe vs America vs ANZAC), deathmatch.
The player must be Oceania resident and preferably a good one (though not mandatory).

Teams, or tribes would have a surfeit of players, so players leaving or joining would not be an issue, I also think that there must only be one team/tribe score otherwise competition within the team would split it.
I don't feel the turn x9 P.G. lead would suffice for a rating system, I feel something more along the lines of points for cities captured, meeeting scenario goals, extra points for capturing capitol city, I don't know, I'm making this up as I go along..
