- Summary too long. It's a summary.
- Move the activities up with your education. Did you receive any honours due to activities etc.? If so, put that in.
- Do you hold any offices in student bodies?
- Did you make any major contributions to the student bodies?
"Extensive experience in cutting a wide variety of food products into rather small pieces"
Okay, what else did you do? I am assuming you don't want to be a chef? What kind of transferable skills did you acquire at this job?
"Clerical work including document editing, phone answering, filing, photocopying, library reorganization and the like"
Document editing is good. Elaborate on the kind of documents you have worked on. Were your edits final? Did somebody else looked at your stuff? How good are you at organising the libraries?
"Clerical work including filing, assistance in search for a East Asian Economics professor, filing, photocopying and the like"
What did you do for the searches? Were you part of some research project?
"Clerical work including filing, tutoring of disabled professor emeritus in computer use, research assistance for professor studying the institution of the Apartied in South Africa, photocopying and the like"
The tutoring part is good. Make that stand out. Something along the lines of you have the personal skills to deal with disabled old folk and you have experience in tutoring. Also you are pretty good at basic computer operations.
What you want to do is to highlight your acheivements and skills. So cut out the photocopying stuff. Did you learn new skills at work? If you did, put that in.
