To Russia (secret): I will be ready for an attack soon against Britain. Once my Navy is prepared I will, and I have to wait for my resevists to fully mobilise. Perhaps we should wait 4 or 5 years unless the British provoke us anymore. I am apalled at the actions of the British King over his people and the fact that its parliament has been disbanded. Perhaps we could use Parlimentry forces in the mean time to soften the Brits up. I plan to intorduce a congress that will allow me to keep most of my power, I suggest you do the same, it seems all the rage at the moment and it makes your people like you for some reason.

To Lousiana:
We will sign a peace treaty with you and hope you have learned your lession.
To Mexico:
We will join our allies, and declare war on Mexico.
To USA:
Russian troops will soon be ariving in United States and we help in the offensive against Mexico. I think we should put all our forces under one commander, mabye from your country or France.

To Allies:
Spain would also like to join in the research for steam power. I even think an even more large goal would be to use it in industry and transport. (ooc: well if we start to research for steam power on boats, seem to me quite logical to also start it everywhere)
Spain has declared war upon Mexico and Spain troops have crossed the border(though its a quite small forces 40.000 men, 100 cannons and sea support)
To Portugal:
I do not see why I should give you Brazil. You accept Spain influence upon Portugal and your country won't face war and will be treated as a state with full autonomy. (ooc: I propose you: I take Portugal but you still play it and you are a vassal of Spain)

To Spain: I agree if the USA does
TO the USA: I think we let the Spanish and the Russians in on our joint-venture, perhaps we can rule the seas and the trade with things called 'railstreets' or something. If everyone is working together I estimate completion in about 8 or so years
To Allies (secret): I am willing to send my second top general to you to become overall commander of the allied armies in America, his name is Michel von Moltke, a Prussian who is very adept at his game. What do you say?

To the Allies: I propose we sign a cease fire with the Mexican Government whatever that may be. We should recognise the new Indian nation in Northern Mexico, and call on arms reduction for the Mexican Nation. Perhaps also a occupying force to restore the Republic. I think a reperations bill, this new nation, arms reduction and a promise to no longer help the rebels in Spaininsh territory will be the best thing.
TO ALL: I hereby formally recognise the new Indian nation and hope that we can grow strong bonds.

We would like to join your resreach pact.
News From Russia:
The czar has formed a congress that is directly elected by all landowners. It will be call the Congress of the People have 1500 seats. It will be able to pass laws, and spending bills and tax, but no more. All other powers will still be in the hands of the czar.

Russian troops will take over any areas that do not agree and make them agree. We would like to see Mexico united again and friends with the Spain-USA-Russia-France alliance.

600.000 men composed of French, Russian and Spanish have started the invasion. (300.000 Spaniards, 250.000 Russian and 50.000 French)
Their huge number will soon crush Portugal army.

News from Russia:
The Russian army is gaining more people as war between Britain and Russia appears to be close at hand. 200,000 men have enlisted into the army to teach the British a lession.

USA must understand we can't take a country by force. You will just anger them.
You should also know that most of the States you ask for are WCI ones.
As Spain we also wanted to take a large part of Mexico.
Russia and France have humbly requested a change in Spain position.
I will request the same from you.
I understand USA but the European Alliance asks you to align yourself with France, Russian and Spain on Mexico peace treaty terms.
To compensate this, we will try to help your country in new industry.
With Russia, I also ask for collaboration in Steam Power project.

Well, the truth is that I wanted to try to form in this NES the real size USA.
Anyway, I can wait a little bit, but at least I want the territories that they took from the war back (Washington (south, as north is Russian), Oregon, Montana and Idaho).
Than If, in the far future, I would ever managed to incorporate Louisiana back in the US (diploannexing, or militarly) I would have released Canada as a free Nation for Jonny to play

USA Don't understant why a state who won the war should lose territories, We didn't think that asking California, New Mexico and Nevada would have been too much, but it looks like it is.
But USA wants at least back the provinces of Southern Washington, Oregon, Montana and Idaho plus a big indemnit.
We lost many lives in this war, and we want to be payed for that.
We, of course welcome the help of Russia and Spain in the steam powered boat project.

The hall was filled with the most powerful men of Portugal. One group was an assortment of royalty and nobility, along with their most trusted advisors and aides. Another, smaller group, was British officials. London had been Lisbon's most loyal and powerful friend for some time. The third group was the military. Generals, field commanders, admirals, British and Portuguese alike. All these people (hundreds in all) were assembled to discuss one thing: What was to be done about the war, and how to go about doing it.
At great length it was decided there was only two strategies to prevent the total destruction of Portugal.
1) Portuguese armies would battle as best they could, then retreat and fight again. After exhausting this unorthodox strategy, they would adopt another. The people and soldiers of the country would fight a guerilla war against the massive enemy army. Although this would mean certain destruction of countless homes and fields and lives, it would do great damage to the armies of Spain and France.
2) The second great proposal was made by a young British commander, through an interpreter. This general proposed an invasion of Spain. At hearing this, a great chatter ensued. It took several minutes for the prime minister to quiet everyone down, and allow the officer to explain his plan. Which he did in these simple, decisive words:
"Once our enemies assemble their army on out border there isnt much we can do except fire our cannons and wait to overwhelmed. Thats why we need to strike first. Its our only chance. It will take the war to Spain's soil. It will surprise them. It will cause panic in Madrid, and might even take that country out of the war. Kings get scared with an army on their doorstep and if we put one there he will almost certainly sign a peace treaty.
This isnt simple, or guaranteed to work, but it is better than any other plan put forth today. By noon tomorow, I can be at the head of the Portuguese Royal Army, and all its courageous soldiers. It will be weeks before our enemies can assemble their forces, and if we can defeat the Spanish border troops, we have a clear road to Madrid, Barcelona and beyond that Marseille!
What do you say?"
The hall was dead quiet for a full ten seconds. Then another outbreak of chattering came about. A few hours later, the Manchester-Born general was galloping off to his forces...

Russia already has 150,000 troops in Spain, Spain has 300,000, france has 50,000 in route and I have 100,000 in route. That is how we have 600,000. Also one day of real time equals one year in story.

To United States:
Do not accept Britain into your country, we will deal with them in our own way, please stay out of the matter as there is much problems in the Americas and we need you to focus on america not Europe. Britain has attack us time and time again and we will teach them a lession that this cannot be tollerated. They will not escape there fate by trying to join with the United States. We personally believe it is a trick of the British monarch to avoid a war they know they would lose.
