To USA: I have formally cancelled our alliance and have sent your scientists home from the Steam POwer project. Cease your invasion of WIC. I do not want the money, but if you are willing to give me QUbec, who know what may happen.

To European Alliance: I think we could include Britain as a fourth member of our alliance. We have had past difficulties but we should try and let them reclaim their original 13 colonies in North America.

To Louisania: If you do not stop your invasion we will be forced to act.

To MExico: I am gald to help, I give you another 2 million francs to help your country. I also wish to sign a MPP with you.

To WIC: IF the NATO powers do not cease I will defend your nation. I have sent the 50 thousand troops stationed in Mexico up into the WIC. They have been placed in the border regions of the WIC with LOuisana and USA. If they are attacked I will deeclare war and start invasions from the East to pacify the NATO menace. I also give you 2 million francs to help you modernise and enlarge your armed forces. My allies have also expressed wishes to help.

Spain wants Britain removal of Gibraltar for her including into Europe Alliance. If she accepts, Spain will help Britain whatever she needs to catch back her formal power.
For now, Spain is vetoing Britain joining.

OOC: No one seemed to notice that the secretly US-supported "Barbars" have taken over mexico. If firefarter decides to not be mexico I think US should more or less control Mexico (until a new group replaces the barbars) because the barbars are essential their puppet.

WCI to France: I appreciate your support but I do not like your troops being spread throughout our country. Instead, you could:
1. Supply us with weapons and ammunition.
2. Put troops along the Mexican border and fight from there.
3. Attack from the Gulf of Mexico.
4. Give just a bit of support along the front, perhaps decoying the US and Louisianan troops to where we can then ambush them.

OOC: Wow Civman, I didn't intend the barbars to really achieve their goals, I was just hoping to slow down Mexico entrance in the war.

However I put you in charge of their achievments, so if that's what you wanted to happen, let it be so .

IC:
The American troops are stuck in their position, the hit and run tactics are causing the morale of the US troops to rapidly go down, and their willingness to fight is not as high as in the beginning.

General Foster feel betrayed by the US-Government, and declared "The US sent us here only to be killed by the Natives, If they allowed us to attack them we would have defeated them, instead they said to stop here, and we are not achieving anything".

Meanwhile in the Octagon the elite of the US War Generals and the US Defensive Minister have decided to leave Foster's troops there, so that they can keep the Natives busy, and so that Louisiana can take over the country.

Reinforcments are sent to Foster, however the morale of the troops there is dropping fast, and many soldiers are actually planning a rebellion against the US Government.

A small group of Swedish refugees have asked to the US the right to form a government in Exile in Newfoundland.
The US has granted them this right, they will be able to govern their country from there, while waiting for it to be liberated, however Newfoundland will still be a US Territory.

I forgot to say that, since the barbars could not spread their influence over the Spanish occupied Mexico, the Spanich occupied land has split up from the government of Mexico City, and decided to join the Spanish Empire, as they felt that they were safer and more stable when they still were under the Spanish flag.

The WCI has discovered the morale problems of the American troops. A hit and run raid is able to lure a group of 32 American soldiers away from the rest, and they were captured. They were promised support from the WCI if they organized a mutiny that would only revolt against the Americans and not attack the WCI. THe troops were returned just a few hours after their capture, and teh WCI has high hopes that the captured soldiers will convince the others to be friendly to the Indians in exchange for support against the US governmetn and General Foster.

To US: Perhaps, now that the Mexican government is now a friendly one, Mexico should join NATO?

Spanish forces from WCI pull back into Mexico and with support of Mexico Pedro de Pello former supporters start a new civil war. More and more reinforcements are coming from the south.

50.000 men in Mexico and 50.000 men at WCI border(20.000 elite troops sent to stop Lousiana advance). 75.000 others are at Mexico/South America border marching toward Barbars Mexico.

Requesting immediate help from Europe. Spanish forces are in struggle into Mexico territory and under the threat of being cut from supply. Russian 100,000 troops are now advancing to American troops in WCI, and will soon encircle the US army in WCI. Meanwhile 175,000 troops land in Mexico to restore the rightfull government of Mexico with the help of Spain. Once they are finished they will be rushed to WCI. The Russian Navy(150 ships, half of the entire Russian navy) have started a blockade of the NATO alliance. Along the Alaskan border Russian troops have begun an advance into Canada, and are requesting help of the natives in the area, giving them indepence from the United States and all other goverments if they help the Russian Army. Some have joined the Russian side and have begun hit and run raids on US settlements.

To Britain: As a token of goodwill I have lifted the naval blockade. I also give you 6 million francs for the loss of Morrocco. I offer in return for full alliance, protection and monetry aid to modernise your backwards country.

To Russia and Spain: (secret) I am sending an invasion fleet to the Americas next year. I ask for naval protection for this fleet as I still have the job of defending the Emipire. Napoleon will give you 500,000 francs each to cover the costs. I also think that Russia and I should take advantage of this American war to annex the Ottoman Empire. How about the South of Antonolia and you have the North. The Dardenelles will be a joint zone and will be equally French and Russian.

To Spain (secret): It all depends on whether a Turkish leader is cordial to us or not. I believ Mexico would never willingly be under Spainish dominion again and I feel Mexico should be played as an American extention of the European Alliance. Spain has basic control over much of the country anyway

The American troops on the front start rebelling against Foster.

Foster, even if he agrees to the demand done by his soldiers, is a very loyal general, and stay loyal with his country.

He, and the troops still loyal to him, execute 10 random people if the squad they won't go on battle, if the troops keep saying they won't go, they executed 10 more, and so on.

As a result, in the first day 450 American soldiers were executed.

And morale of the troops had been destroyed even more.

At this point, Foster took a decision.
He lift up his bayonet, and screamed "CHAAAARGEEEE"
The US-Troops, charged the Natives in a frontal fight.
With cover up from Cannons and other sort of Artillery the Americans had inflicted a very high damage at the Natives troops, 67.000 Natives were killed, mostly because they did not expect an attack, however the casualities taken by the US Troops were 49.000, a too high number according to most of the Americans.

The President, looking at this bad situation instituted Military Laws, however, this had the only effect of starting off a giant revolution.

The US government is falling a part.

Spain has declared war upon USA.
General Don Fernante, commander of the Spanish expeditionary Corps in WCI, has stated that surrendering American troops who want to stop this bloodshed will be treated as kindly as possible. They will be immediately given food and treatments against any illness they could have. They will be under Spain protection and nobody has the rights to hurt them (including revengeful Native troops).
After war, they will be able to come back to their homes if they promise they won't fight against Spain ever again.

Spanish troops in WCI are now advancing in USA.
30.000 Spanish forces have invaded USA by Florida and are now marching toward Washington.

Spanish fleet has been cut in half. A half sent into French harbours to help for transport. The other one has started a blockade around USA harbours.

Spanish forces in Mexico have proclaimed a new government (which is mainly formed by Pro-Spanish people) and some troops have been sent to hold on against Louisiana advance.

As Spain economy is now large, the Catholic King and his military advisor have started the building of 80 new war vessels (including test for ironclad and a 125-cannons vessel.). Done in 5 years.

US Surrender
After the advance of Spanish troops in the USA, and the rebels trying to form an Independent Canada, President John Wine has surrended to the Spanish troops in Carolina.

The USA however, ask to be present at the peace table, so that they will be able to defend their reason for the attack on WCI.

President John Wine had resigned from his position, and the peace treaty will be done by the head of the Senate, Montgomery Burns.

If this was sent to the WCI they are VERY upset.


Tecumseh was killed in the attack, and the unity of the WCI has begun to collapse. However, most of teh nation is now loyal to Tecumseh's half-brother, Tenskwatawa the Prophet. He preaches reconciliation and nonviolence. He has called on France and Spain to stop the war against Louisiana and the US and instead seek a peaceful solution
