Sorry Eli I dont have that info. I think the pattern from the previous game may come up when you host the next (but I'm not sure). Thats where I got the possible settings for the 2nd version. My start looked OK.

We can adjust the selection process for such extreme cases but I feel that the deviation is better than the average to start with. E.g. 10/10/3/10 has a higher average than 8/8/8/8. And the placing of that "3" in the example is not an accident...
