We already have a great offensive line. The problem this year is that only Big Cat Williams has played every game... all the other have been injured. Last year, when they won 13 games, the starters DIDN'T MISS A GAME. What a big diffence that makes. Very few teams have had to put up with the number of injuries the Bears have had to live with. Sigh. They aren't even entertaining to watch anymore. The monday night game this week against Miami shoud be a real snore... sigh....

Tired of ads?

hmm that is what happened this year. I knew about the defensive injuries.

I kind of root for Miami too (esp. when Jimmy Johnson was the coach- I actually rooted for the Cowboys when he was coach ). In any case Miami is my favourite AFC east team. And I have Ricky Williams in my Yahoo league.

So I'm looking for a big game out of Miami. go Miami!

Ahh I forgot to mention. Do you read TMQ Ming? It's a column over at espn.com

He had some interesting things to say about RW Mcquarters. If Chicago could have got that TD they would have had a halfway decent chance of winning that game.

Why couldn't he make that block. And if TMQ is correct (I may have to look at the tape again), he may have slid to the left hoping to get a lateral so he could run it in for the TD. Why couldn't he make that block! That is bullsh!t. If he did purposely miss that block he should be cut.

We hate Wanny in Chicago... he was absolutely worthless as a head coach. Beating him would make the season for the true die hards (knowing the season was over anyway). I can't believe that moron could get a job after he screwed up the Bears... Miami can not win it all with him in charge.

And last year they hardly had any injuries at all. It all evens out. Every time a team has an almost injury free year (St. Louis 1999) the next years they hit hard with injuries.

Grin and bear it instead of whining .

Avatar Enlargement: We've got the solution

I'm allowed to whine... I'm a Chicago fan

Everything went right last year... and this year, NOTHING goes our way. Whether it is a bounce of the ball.. a replay... injuries... it's been very frustrating watching a team that won 13 games last year die like dogs. So I have no problem with Whining about it

Lose 30 kilos (of popups)

I would settle for things breaking even... but that hasn't happened this year. Until we get a real QB, we aren't going to win anything... a few breaks this year would only hurt next years draft position

Let it go, Ming. Miami will trash us, and Wanny will say he has no hard feelings in the post-game. Yeah, makes me want to puke, too.

Better to spend your time breaking down tape of the draft-ready QBs. The Bears' next important game day is April 26.

If you yelled for 8 years, 7 months and 6 days you would have produced enough sound energy to heat one cup of coffee.
(Hardly seems worth it.)

If you farted consistently for 6 years and 9 months, enough gas is produced to create the energy of an atomic bomb.
(Now that's more like it!)

The human heart creates enough pressure when it pumps out to the body to squirt blood 30 feet.
(O.M.G.!)

A pig's orgasm lasts 30 minutes.
(In my next life, I want to be a pig.)

A cockroach will live nine days without its head before it starves to
death.
(Creepy.)
(I'm still not over the pig.)

Banging your head against a wall uses 150 calories an hour.
(Do not try this at home...... maybe at work.)

The male praying mantis cannot copulate while its head is attached to its body. The female initiates sex by ripping the male's head off.
("Honey, I'm home. What the....?!")

The flea can jump 350 times its body length. It's like a human jumping the length of a football field.
(30 minutes... lucky pig... can you imagine??)

The catfish has over 27,000 taste buds.
(What could be so tasty on the bottom of a pond?)

Some lions mate over 50 times a day.
(I still want to be a pig in my next life...quality over quantity)

Butterflies taste with their feet.
(Something I always wanted to know.)

The strongest muscle in the body is the tongue.
(Hmmmmmm........)

Righthanded people live on average 9 yrs longer than left-handed people.
(If you're ambidextrous, do you split the difference?)

Elephants are the only animals that cannot jump.
(OK, so that would be a good thing....)

A cat's urine glows under a black light.
(I wonder who was paid to figure that out?)

An ostrich's eye is bigger than its brain.
(I know some people like that.)

Starfish have no brains.
(I know some people like that too.)

Polar bears are left-handed.
(If they switch, they'll live a lot longer.)

Humans and dolphins are the only species that have sex for pleasure.
(What about that pig??)

There are 3 kinds of people in the world. Those who can count, and those who can't.

Speaking of the Pig,

Reminds me of the early Daily Show with Beth Littlefords first in the field assignment.

Anyone remember that episode? By far and away some of the funniest TV made.
