To Russia: (secret): The Ottomans will not get away lightly for refusing peace the fist time pericipitatin the second round of conflict in the last war. We will not make an indepndent Balkan State as this is territory lawfully conquered by Germany in the articles of war. We also ask for the Ottoman Union to be militarily downsized and that Egypt shall become and independent nation where free trade is open to all. These are the terms my government set out, for the Ottoman-German peace.

Meanwhile in the Imperial Capital of Frankfurt, representatives from the Russian government of Czar Jack III have arrived for the formal signing of the treaty.

The other points of the treaty other than the WCI land appropiations are.

All POWs to be exchanged, including former Czar Jack II
Czar Jack II to never sit on the throne of Russia again
Tibet and Siam to be recognised as full German Dominions in effect from 1875.
German and Russian borders including the new frontiers in Asia, with Siam and Tibet are to be DMZs for 20 miles on either side. This is to prevent any futher future hostilities.

The German South African Command has announced that talks with the Zulu are over. The Zulu have agreed that they will sign a treaty of protection, whereas German troops protect Zululand and help modernise the nation. The Zulu Chief, Shaka Zulu remains head of state, The Protectoirate of Zululand is still independent, but all foreign relations with others instead of Germany must be conducted through the Imperial Capital of Frankfurt.

the German Army has begun to enter the land of South Africa to take what was theirs in what is now known as the Secret Ethipopian Accords. The German Army from the dome from the fron of Russia and their Zulu counterparts have occupied the South African Dominion for the good of the Greater German Reich. It is soon thought to be announced that German Africa will be split into 3 diffrent parts all under the crown of the Kasier as autonmous German Dominions. These Dominions will be ruled by a German Governor and his reichstag.

OOC: Sheep, 14 million soldiers? That's pushing the limits again. You should edit that down a bit. And I thought it was understood that the part about you capturing the czar was nullified (or am i confused?).

To all: Germany's demands in the peace treaty are unacceptable. Also,we condemn Germany's actions in SOuth Africa.
To Britain: Ally with me and get South Africa back.
NAP signed with Russia but not Germany.
To Canada: Give the US back the land taken in the Civil Wars or face war from both of us.
Secretly, WCI forces in CHina and Africa move towards the border with Germany.

To Germany (secret):
First we already have a new Czar, as he took over during the capture of Czar Jack II, thus he cannot take back the thrown, it would be easier if somehow he died on the way make to St. Petersburg, because if he did come back alive it would not be very good for the current czar.

About you alliance, we shall awaited the outcome of the war with the Ottomans. We want to see peace not war.

The current Czar is alarmed at the anexations that Germany has made. Remeber that is why we went to war in the first place. So watch your step.

The WCI has made peace with Columbia, gaining Central America but paying for some of it. The troops have been rushed back to fight the rebels.

The rebellion is spreading. Some members of the Grand Council have announced that they agree with the rebeks and have moved to impeach the Great Chief and several military officers.

Some of the easternmost rebels have asked to join the US if the government is not reformed immediately (the yellow area including New Orleans in the map).

With the WCI pulled out of the war, Argentina scrambles to upgrade its army as fast as possible in preparation for the reinforcements the Colombian line will undoubtedly soon receive. The war is still going well for the Argentinians, with about half of Brazil subdued and most of the territory recovered from the Colombians, but, fearing that things will not go as well in their favor when the Colombians finish shifting their armies, Argentina has once again offered peace to both Colombia and Brazil under the same terms as before.

To Argentina: I am sending you an two additional divisions of troops to use in reinforcing your position. These men will be available for deployment in three months time(six hours). In addition I will issue a ultimatum to Columbia requiring them to accept your peace terms or face the US in a war.

To Columbia: Consider this a warning either you accept the terms of Argentina or be prepared to face a war with the United States.

Internal actions: The navy of the United States now can be considered large. Half this force is currently on the way to blockade the ports of Columbia's Carribean Ports. In addition to the two divisions being deployed to help our ally in Argentina. I am activating an additional 5 divisions. Our army status should be considered large. 25 divisions consisting of 50000 troops are currently active.

By the years end 3 divisions will be at the disposal of our Argentinian allies. 17 divisions are currently on our border with the WCI and Canada. 10 divisions will be active awaiting deployment possibaly against Columbia.

The people of the United States have voted to remain with the current leadership for another term of office.
To the WCI: (Secret) The Rebels in the area of Louisiana have petitioned to join the United States. As our government can't embrace their rebellion against your Authority, perhaps we could arrange an exchange of that land for twenty million dollars. Please keep in mind that this figure is open to negotiation.

Forgoe the claims of the Balkan Confederation, this is German terrioitory and withdraw from German Afica and you shall have peace Turk. Recognise the Egyptian government as well.

The German Foreign Ministry begins to help the rebel in the WCI. Supplying arms to them.

The german Amry begins a mnajor offensive in Afica, after the European front has stalemated in Otooman Territory. The German government has executed the captured Balkan leader, the Balkan government fleeing into exile. The Balkan state has been reannexed to Germany.

The offensive in Afica is the biggest known. Troops along the WCI borders in Africa have dug in, and the German Army captures Cairo, after a month long push. 3 million soldires fresh from the Russian campaign, witnessed the formation of the Independent Kingdom of Egypt. Otto VI's daughter Helga sits on the throne as Queen.

To WCI: These are not unreasonable claims. If you do not support these I can see no lasting peace....

To Russia: (secret) We are willing to give back the territory in Poland we annexed off you in the war, if you help us against the Turks. After this we could go afater the WCI. Also the former Czar Jack II, has unfortuantley died of starvation in transit back to Russia. The usual payment of 100 marks was made to the royal family.

Russian troops have moved into your section of China to help you so that you can still have controll over China and can send some of your troops in China to WCI to stop the growing rebellion in your country. We would also be willing to buy that section of China from you, as your people are growing disscontent over your occupation of China.
