Nice units Typhoon & Vodkakov
Meanwhile, even more Frencies crash in:
A modification of my previous Mirage 2000 (fixed the wings, nose and rear sections, it is close to 1m shorter than the Mirage III anyway)
A new attempt on a Leclerc unit, that finaly looks like one somewhat (this tank has distinctively different right and left sides, and the opposite angle hides all the nice stuff)

Do not underestimate the power of the Toyota pickup, Top Gear did an experiment to see if they could stop one from running - they dropped a caravan on it; put it in the sea; burnt it and so on and it still ran!

They drove that HiLux into the sea at Weston-s-Mare where my Dad lives, let the tide come in (second highest in the world after some place in Canada, sea-fact fans) and the thing was still driveable. IIRC the also dropped it off a 10-storey building and smashed it with a breakers block and it still ran. Those Japanese know how to make pick-ups

Yes they used them, but right now our own (U.S.) special forces along with Afghan militia are using them in conjunction with Humvees on patrols and raids. Trust me, I am an avid reader of Soldier of Fortune. Each month they usually have at least one or two stories with pictures about SpecOps and other military operations there. As far as being able to draw a HiLux, good luck. I know it is out of my range.
