Although my small nation is self-suficient, the government desires to give the people luxury items such as automobiles, trout, and wood chips, etc, etc.
In return for these trade goods my nation is unable to produce itself, the Dominion of Zoran will offer access to our well developed book publishing industry. We are also eager to trade carbonated beverages, called Soda as an export. We have one more area of commerce that we excel in, door to door sales. We have severl experts in the field which we are will send to your nation to train your people in the art of door to door sales.
Zoran's department of Commerce and Industry eagerly awaits the arrival of ammbassadors from the other nations of our newly settled region to begin negotiations with.

while zoran does not desire gambling to take place within its borders, perhaps if your country allowed more tourism, and legalized gambling, we could use our door to door salesmen to sell vacations to your country. However, since gambling is illegal in your country, we must respectively decline your offer since we do not wish our citizens to become outlaws in other countries

the Kingdom of Eternal Cold excels in cheese (shipped frozen to ensure freshness) and pizza delivery as well as soda. Door to door salesman are quite annoying and thus strictly illegal, though book publishing and trout would be welcome in trade.

Your proposal sounds interesting, what kind of publishing needs do you require? Zoran's publishing capacity is unparrelled and can furnish quality books to any nation that desires them. When we know the volume of texts you desire, then we can discuss how much cheese you will be willing to part with in return

The People of The Commonwealth of Akiria do not wish an arms race, and, as staunch pacifists, will only supply defensive weapons.
Governor of Centralis: The EMP devices cost 100,000 Akirian Roses (=50,000 Gold Coins) and the diplomatic vehicles, of which I suggest our newest model, affectionatly known as The Big Fat Juggernaught, cost 50,000 Akirian Roses. Might I suggest this is equivalent to 5 tonnes of reactor grade uranium? We do not wish to create weapons, so the uranium must be suitable for our new nuclear power stations.
Governor of Zoran: That is a great idea. We will lower our price from 10,000 Roses per tonne, to 5,000 (cost price) in exchange for the publishing of our new book: The Wonders of Virtual War: how to let go of aggressive feelings, safely. Is this acceptable terms?

Would you need to have the uranium enriched prior to export, or would you deal with that yourselves? We have several enrishment plants built to serve the mining industry, but would be willing to export more if the product was raw uranium ore rather than already refined. The choice is yours. Also, just how many of these weapon sstem would you be prepared to sell? Our uranium mines can provide enough to pay for almost anything.
quote: Besides of course more modern models of the Akirian weapons, we have recently designed improved models of our SAM-643 Viking Scribe missiles, Lion class light tanks, Sealurk nuclear submarines and B-54 Locust stealth bombers. And naturally we would be willing to supply the uranium for the ammo! Jedinica Vrijstaat happens to possess a large number of uranium mines itself. |
The problem arises, of course, as to what export commodity we might provide in exchange - we would be willing, for example, to enrich your uranium for you, if you like. In any case, we would be interested in aquiring some of these 'Locust' stealth bombers that you speak of, as well as some missiles to equip them with.
quote: Better quality my **** My ammunition scientists are the best in all Apolyton, and our products unrivaled! To change tack now would be a foolish act for Centralis. I implore you, general, think of your people! |
Do not fear for the future of our contract; Centralis is quite prepared to sign contracts with both Jedinica and Akiria. Moreover, Jedinica is willing to provide weapons not produced by Akiria, as well as being able to provide material for the ammo on it's own. Unless a compelling reason to the contrary is provided, I shall present both contracts to the Centralis Parliament for ratification.
quote: I wanna trade. Something for something. |
What commodities do you have available? We can supply you with uranium (raw or enriched), book publishing services, or a retail market for your own goods.
