The game switched level in my turn. I don't know how. Have you guys been using the MP screen, or the Load screen? I think I may have used the MP screen the last time.

OK, I think I know how difficulty changes.

When you load the game from the MP screen, it seems the game takes whatever difficulty there is at the bottom left before you load the game (after you load it, the difficulty becomes "custom" and can't be changed).

The solution is to either always load the game from the main screen, or to make sure you have the difficulty (and AP) set to what you want in the MP screen.
