THe Generals trying to use speed to their advantage have order Austrain tanks to try and incircle the remaining fortifications in the area. The Austrain Amry has now made Advances into French territory. Having destroyed a major part of the fortifications on the French border, troops are now pouring through the whole and into the heart land of France.

ooc: Interestingly, Ho Chi Minh is currently in France, studying at university, if his real history is to be considered.
To China: We are saddended by your reaction. The 20 million france loan was meant to please you, ease your concern that we would not pay reparations. We thought we were being overly generous with these terms. As to France's goal being enslavement of all asians, I suggest you take a look at our other colonies, who are free as they wish to be.
To Austria: We are attempting peace negotiations with China. Why, then, do you still press the attack on us?
To Italy: When troops are pouring out of a nation to attack us, that nation
can hardly be considered neutral. If you truly beleive in the importance of the peace conference, ask Austria to cease their attack.
BENEDEFRA and Brit troops have rallied to repulse the Austrian attack, temporarily. France withdraws many troops and ships from China in order to defend the homeland. This may leave some positions in China poorly defended, though Hong Kong and Hainan islands are most strongly defended.

These are our terms for peace.

To France: We want at least the following terms to be meat or will get what we need:
1. We want some form of reterbution for your crimes against us preferable finance.
2. We would like to lease Hainan island and Hong Kong for a lease of two years. How ever is living there may remain but at the end of the lease we will have controll of the islands.
3. We would like you to not attack Autria or the Ottomans, and Japan or else we will declare war on who ever does. If you bother any of these countries we will respond.
4. We want you to pressure Russia to give us back Mongolia BACK NOW!
5. A down size of the forces in Asia, we assure you that if you do not acting indecintly then we will not act you again.

Germany - Diplomacy:
To China (secret): Please disregard the content of the last diplomatic message we sent you. It was despatched without authorization by members of our Foreign Ministry who have now been dismissed. We are currently deliberating as to whether or not we will enter the war, and will inform you of our decision once we have reached it.
To Austria (secret): We apologise if we have offended you, but our position remains the same. An attack on France as matters stand, with the French army outnumbering us, would gain us very little. We must hold off on attacking until we can win, and then we can crush them. If, however, the situation changes... we will be the first to join in.
To Russia (secret): If we all ally together, and can ensure that other powers don't interfere, tehn we see no reason not to invade France. Combined, we are quite sure that we can overwhelm them, especially now that teh Autrians ahve broken through the French lines.
To Italy (secret): Of course.

Germany - Military Actions:
German troops are moving into positions all along the French border and diggin in. The German government has stated that with tensions growing between France and other European nations, this is a sensible precaution. Troop levels in the colonies are being upgraded as well, with recruitment and training of local auxiliaries being upgraded.

After that peace talkings have been started with the US, the Japanese fleet have lift the blockade on the Hawaii islands, allowing supplies to go back on the islands.
- Mexican troops counter-attack
After that the US have attacked and occupied the Mexican most northern regions, Mexican, together with Venezuelan troops, have counter attacked, defeating the Americans in Monterrey, and taking back the regions previoulsy occupied by them, after that the Mexicans have started to reinforce their border, while the Venezuelan have kept attacking northwards, retaking Tucson and southern Arizona.
