It's a fictional hypothetical construction used as a way of describing the things that try to stop games working properly. Example include the mythical creature known as "The Girlfriend". I also heard of something called "Eating" once, but I think this was a joke (I didn't really get it though)

I recently got introduced to the concept of 'sleeping'
its really weird! I was with some Pal's and they said 'shhh have you heard? tehres a new Thing on the streets Shh!!! not so loud!

Certain aspects of RL seem so seductive, but are actually dangerous traps! One example of this phenomenon is known around here as "automobiles". They are safe enough in the "concrete" dimension, but are entangled in many hidden aspects of the more properly game-like legal and financial dimensions.

Look out for "insurance"!!

Just check that in a websearch engine, you'll find it's always quoted as anonymous. As a joke about April the 15th (which is, IIRC, the day amùericans pay their taxes.

To Maniac, I think it is always a shocking act to burn a flag, not necessarly evil, but shocking. Its a strong symbol of hatred, and hatred never leads to anything good.

A flag is a strong symbol of hatred, or burning it is? Flag-burning is very powerfully avataristic, as the flag, much more than any other item represents a country. Burning a flag is a very strong message, but much better than violent actions.

Flags should be destroyed anyway as divisive symbols of nationalism. How is it that there are always young men who are ready to die for a flag, but not for peace? Rather than just throwing your flags away, why not burn them?
