Burmese and Indochinese forces have poured into Thailand, but are being mostly repulsed by the Thai's better trained troops.

Indonesia has announced that it will honor its alliance with Thailand and has declared war on Burma and Indochina. Japan, which is banned from offensive wars by the COnstitution of 1948, has called on the US and other nations to aid Thailand, and have warned that if any Japanese interests are attacked they will enter the war. Korea and the Mongols have said that they will enter the war if either Indochina or Burma is invaded.

To Switzerland: We are glad for your investments, but Madagascar would like to point out that the government has complete control over the economy. Thus, Swiss banks have only very limited control here.

With Swiss money and US materials Madagscar is industrialising at a frenzied rate. The army, mostly militia hired by the government (ie: the dictator) are being formed into a loyal, modern force.

Secondly, remember that we (Japan and Thailand) have been friendly to you since the end of WWII. Third, note that Burma and INdochina are allied with the Mongol imperialists. There is good reason to suspect that they were also planning to invade Japan or CHina, due to the massing of troops in Korea.
