I know this thread is supposed to be for recruitment and not general discussion, so I'm reluctant to jump in here but...
Can you guys direct me to somewhere where there is a list of how many cities you can have under each form of govenment. I just ran into that problem in one of my games and lost a lot of cities!

Like I've had a chance to play and try it out yet!

The last time I played I died out just due to unhappiness from my empire being too large and all my cities revolting.

oh i assumed you had a running game and had already reached the limit.

Honestly,

I have never had much luck with teammates playing

Either they dont help or you end up sacrificing your civilization to save theirs

But I am enjoying the game play of PBEM challenge matches plus me and Solver's funmatch

I need more games running. 1 vs 1 or 8 vs 8, doesn't mater.
Anyone interested starting up a new game with 2-8 players, depending on how many that are instersted.
You must be able to play turns every day.

I'm from Sweden so if you are european it's a bonus since several turns can be played in one evening.

If both North American and European players wants to join I will place all european players after each other and then all American players so we don't get delays due to time zones. (Any asian players actually playing?)

Are all players supposed to meet each other in 1x1? Or are you only supposed to meet one player from each team? I am only listed on one 1x1 match versus each team.

I believe checkMate only listed the first round of games for 1x1. I belive the idea was that everyone would play everyone once, plus the team plays.

im pretty sure each player plays only one other player of each other team in 1x1 games, so its 2 points from 1x1 games and 2 from the 2x2 game in each matchup.

Join Eagles at War as the Vikings.

There you will be challenged in building up a nation - nearly from the bottom.

This game is played on a HUGE map - really huge not to say enormous map - with 8 humans and a very-very strong babarian AI.

3 nations have contributed to make the AI strong during the game - their leaders forgot to keep an eye on the cashflow .
