Germany - Diplomacy:
To Russia: We remain, as ever, enthusiastic supporters of the Emperors' League (even the Social Democrats back us on that one), though if the league begins breaking up, we would be happy to set up a seperate alliance.
To Danish generals (secret): Quit your squabbling. your actions against one another threaten to cause the disintegration of Denmark, and this would force us to intervene militarily for a second time. If you sign a ceasefire and cursh the rebels in Iceland, we will work out a settlement for you, but if you do not, we will intervene and remove whoever it was that refused. Our troops are already in position to intervene, so don't think you can double-cross us and get away with it.
Germany - Military Actions:
Gemran troops in Iceland and Denmark ae mobilizing to impose order if necessary, while the Minister of Defence has declared martial law throughotut eh country and ordered the generals to stop fighting or else. (OOC: Given that we appointed the guy, I'd say it would be fairly reasonable that we could order him to do that and he would. We wouldn't have appoitne dhim fi he wasn't obedient. /OOC). German troops in Iceland are already acting against the local rebels.
Germany - Internal Affairs:
The Gemran Communist Party today attemtped to pass a bill through the Reichstag which would have ordered home all German troops in Danish territory and abrogated the German treaty with them, which was voted down by a wide margin. In response, the entire Communist Party resigned in protest, and have called for a violent revolution agains tthe government. the German establishment is bracing for major civil unrest, and the governemnt is preparing to deploy the army into the streets if need be. This crisis has put all plans for new laws by both the Right and the Left on hold for the moment.

Denmark: Civil War
Despite the advices from Germany, the Danish Generals could not find a peaceful solution, and today the situation exploded, the army have been splitted i two almost equals part, one loyal to General Andersen, while the other loyal to General Bjorg, however the latter one has also the support of Admiral Jorgensen, which gave him the unconditional support of the whole Navy.
On this big mess, 3 other forces join in, the Icelandic people have succesfully revolted, taking advantage from the situation, however the doors for Reykyavik have been locked by the German troops stationed in Iceland, nonetheless the Icelandic managed to capture many important cities, such as Keflavik, which also host the main port of Iceland.
The other two forces are the Danish Communist, which inspired and funded by the German ones have seized control of several factories, and are asking for the proclamation of the Danish Socialist Repubblic.
Last but not least there the Monarchist, forces still loyal to the old Danish royal family, which was dethronized during the coup d'etat of the Generals, what they want is the restauration of a Constitutional Monarchy, and they want complete neutrality on foreign affaires.
Revolutionary sentiments spread around in Europe
The Revolution spread around in Europe, several worker strikes happened in France, Italy, Austria, Holland, Britain and even the Ottoman Empire.
Workers are asking for more welfare and improvements in factory conditions, and increase of their salaries

Germany - Diplomacy:
To Iceland: We will allow you to be independant, so long as you accept the terms we offered to Denmark and allow us to keep our military bases.
To Danish Generals: You fools. We gave yout eh chance for peace, and you squandered it. By decree of the Danish defence minister, you are now stripped of rank and expelled from the military, along with any troops who choose to follow you. If you do not stand down, you will be assassinated, and we will find more loyal substitutes.
Germany - Military Actions:
Gemran troops are now entering Denmark in full force, imposing a lockdown on the country. Those of the danish arrmy who resist are ebing disarmed and held prisoner, but with the help of numerous officers in the pay of German intelligence forces, overwhelming numbers, and soldiers who obeyed the Defence Minister's orders and joined the Germans, order has been largely restored.
Meanwhile, in Iceland, Germany continues to occupy it's bases and it's current holdings while negotiations with the Icelandic rebels are in progress.
Germany - Internal Affairs:
The communist revolt has now begun in force, with demonstrations on the streets of Berlin, including the burning of several police stations and the storming of a prison, and worker occupations of many factories. The Reichstag has passed a bill ordering the governemnt to clamp down on the reovlt by any means necessary, and this is now being done by the military.
Germany - Projects:
The German autobahns are now complete, allowing the army to be re-expanded to Imperial.

Germany - Diplomacy:
To Canada: We were already making great progress in the area of social justice and equality before this revolt started, but this wasn't enough for the sommunists. Oh no, they just had to make themselves the sole governemnt, even though only a tiny minority voted for them, and so they started a revolt. This is only 'persecution' if you would consider action against bandits persecution.
And with regards to Denmark - we are intervening to restore peace and order in a nation riven by civil war. We tried to broker peace, and were rebuffed; now we are imposing it, and we will not allow Denmark to fall back into civil war because a stat eon the other side of the Atlantic starts fulminating about it.
Germany - Internal Affairs:
Witht he banning of the Communist PArty and the arrest of many of it's members, the revolt is starting to lose cohesion, although it has scored some major successes in Alsace-Lorraine and Munich, figthing the army to a standstill and occupying much of the countryside. With the revolt quelled in Berlin and the other major cities, the governemnt is starting a major offensive against them, using tanks, planes and artillery en masse.
Germany - Statistics (early 1931):
Army: Imperial
Navy: Imperial
Air Force: Huge
Space Fleet: N/A
Government: Constitutional Monarchy
Economy: World Leading
