I agree and i've already brough it up that we should change to Writing (my first choice) or either The Wheel or Mathematics (my second).

I think we need to build two Wariors after the Granery; one to pop the hut and possibly deal with Barbs and the 2nd to escort the Settler to be built just prior.
What do you think MoI?

I see one problem with building 2 warriors before the settler. Even with the granary, if we delay our second city too much we will fall behind. I know its only 2 turns for that additional warrior, but even waiting 2 additional turns for a settler at this stage of the game can be critical.

Apolyton is going to be our major Settler/Worker-pump for the next 50 or more turns. The idea of turning it into a Merc./Settler-pump undermines this plan (Barracks costs 40, and Mercs. cost 30 each). I believe Apolyton should be building nothing but Warriors and pop-units for a long time.
But this is all without tests. I'm just warning that we should not rely on Mercs. coming out of Apolyton (unless some higher power steps in and demands it).

Give me a minute here! RL (school) steps in, and unfortanetely takes precedence over this game. I should have the answer to this and some revised queues tomorrow.

The last unimproved Bonus Grassland is the River-adjacent one that will be within City2's (the city after Apolyton and Mingpulco) city radius.
I still want to implement a tile numbering system, but have not yet had the time to do it. It will become much more critical in the future turns.
