The following nations have no player and their diplomacy is handled through me. Their play style is done in an entirely unbiased fashion, and can only be performed by the truely scitzofrenic.
Agression is a stat for these nations, the maximum is 5 stars (*****) which are extremely agressive nations. This is to help ensure lack of bias.

Wow, this is cool. I was waiting for a rtor6 to open so to start from the begining at civfanatics.
Skilord, im guessing you took that map from the map bundle I posted on civfanatics? I believe there is another one there with borders around the land, which would look better. I suggest you look for it.

A people who are notable for their overly trained military, and the peasantry that don't fight are more seseptable for farming. The army is usually kept small, but better trained (to where one Semerian can take on 5) then its enemies and neighbors. However, they are more known for their naval expertise, and huge fleets.

Prince Mieszko had built an Empire. As far as he, or any of his advisors, knew he had conqured the world, but always those irritating rumors about the people across the forests. But everyone knew in their hearts that there were no people but the Poles, and if they couldn't be convinced of that fact after a particularly gruesome episode with a foreigner, as the victims said though everyone knew he was lying, a goodly portion of Vodka would have to be poured down his throat, until he believed the truth.
The sun benevolently poured onto the muddy paths in the middle of warsaw, it blessed the stones that rose to the sky in tribute of the gods, it showed that palace which Mieszko had built.
A small affair, though in no way humble, it was built of the finest stone in the kingdom, a pure black, with animal furs throughout it's single story, leading to the throne room. Mieszko sat on that throne, pondering what new worlds awaited him, to conqure. The sun glanced at him through a slit in the wall that served as a window. Life was good, for it is good to be the king.
Vodka waited in the bowl next to him, he didn't feel any urge for it. Women sat lonely in thenext room, waiting for him, but he didn't feel any need to reproduce right now. The Monarchy wasn't hereditary, it went to the greatest man, selected by the tribes elders to lead after the last leader died, which happened rather often, the elders themselves had to boast 34 years, while the average kings rarely lasted past 28.
Mieszko was 29, and paranoid as hell.
Hooves trotted to the palace, the Prince's hearing was excellent, the crowd had reached a silence, finally.
A bear's fur was hung over the throne room door, the invader pushed it aside and entered.
He was immense, standing maybe 6 feet tall, with an immense stone axe hung on his belt. Strong Poles stod on either side of him, their own swords, of a crude metal less than bronze, were ready, though they were obviously unsure.
"The Teutons wish to bid thee, hello."
Mieszko frowned, The world was shattered, the empire insignificant.
"The proud Polish Prince, Mieszko, returns the hello."
"I am, Ivar, we wish to ask a tribute."
Mieszko smiled weakly, "I ask the same."
Ivar frowned at him.
"We did not come to recieve orders."
'We'? thought the prince.
"I sit here to give them."
The axe was raised quickly, more quickly than seemed possible, the sword shot out against thge Teuton, bending, for it was a warm day.
Ivar ran towards the throne, swinnging his axe down.
He caught Mieszko's foot in the chest, his axe struck the prince's arm, a sick crack replied to it's strike. But the Teuton had fallen.
Mieszko continued kicking. violently against his fallen foe, until several cracks had responded from his ribs. A final kick to the head left him victorious.
The gaurds dragged the body out.
"Sir the Teutons have placed a seige."
"Build an army, the time has come to make ourselves known to this world."
"You knew?"
"I have always known of the others, of the other lands." Mieszko lied, to come ahead of the curve. This was why he had lasted long as king.
Leaving the gaurds in baffled silence he walked boldly out, his arm screaming in pain.
"Good people of Warsaw, the time has come, to defend our good lands. I call you against those foreigners who have so infringed on our rights to live."
Cheering replied. That was good.
"Vodka for every victorious warrior!" he called.
The Teutons were removed from the empire by nightfall.
Poland is now at war with the Teutonic tribe, we are expanding our size through the conquest, and it has built our army to medium, through volunteers seeking Vodka.

ok, good rule indeed, that's something I was doing also in my GDNES (Frozzy may confirm it).
-------------------
The many chief of the various tribes of Tierra del Fuego met together around the big fire of Fiollikord.
After praying the the Gods of Fire and Sun for about 3 hours, all the chief had to nominate the person who would have to lead the People of Tierra del Fuego to prosperity, many men already decided who had to be that man, and as expected the new leader became Giovanni del Vino, the same man who captured the power of thunder and light, to create the big fire of Fiollikord.
As soon as the verdict was known to everybody, Giovanni want on the podium and started his speech
"Brothers, it is a great joy for me to be here now speaking to all of you, it is a very well known problem that the population of our many tribes are growing day by day, but here there is only ice, and hunting can not provide enought food for all of us, one day my father told me about a drean he had, he dreamed about big waterfalls, giant trees, huge fields covered with plants, with people coltivating them, and with strange animals with big horn helping them. It is now about time for this dream to come true, therefore I ask our brothers, the chiefs of the northern tribes, to set up a few expedition to move north, that is the only land we know nothing about, and because we don't know what you may encounter there, you may take many strong men with you, that we help you fighting against the many hostile animals you may find.
May the fire be with you"
---------------------
Orders:
- Expand Northward, all of the Army help in th effort

Poland suddenly learned every tech in the world and conqured everyone.
hehe, just kidding.
The wheel discovered in Greece and China. In a remarkable parallel of discovery. The greeks used this particular technology to roll over the Island to the south of Athens, claiming the barbarian village of 'Sparta' as their own.
Chinese scientists discovered that Bronze makes a very hard throwing rock, but they can neither mine it effectively, much less mold it in forges.
Polish forces advanced against the Teutonic Barbarians, who finally surrendered, leaving the area open for Polish settlers, who rapidly moved in. Survivors of the Germanic tribe said that they found the Polish feirceness unbelievable. ( ) Prince Mieszko died though, in battle with the Teutons, his succesor Boleslaw Chrobry, the brave, has promised Poland an Empire.
The Kahn sent many vilagers to their deathbeds this turn, as the opposeing villagers were slaughtered by his tribes axebearers. Horses are beginning to be used by his tribe, but the tribesmen lack efficient horse weapons.
The Roman General Victorius defeated the Quebecois Gauls at the battle of Green Hill, allowing the setllement north of their original cities.
Tierra del Fuego met with a barbarous tribe of cannibals as they moved north. The army is currently battling them, but the Cannibals are a bit fanatical, and hard to beat.
The traders of Phoenecia have made a large sum of money this turn, resulting in a huge economic boost there. The Phoenecian navy now boasts of sails, which have ben mounted on their rafts to make them faster.
In the Crimean island a sea king has built himself a tower, his barbarian hordes are preparing attacks on Poland and Greece, some optomists predict the conquest of Semeria and Phoenecia.
Poland has contact with Semeria now!
Greece has contact with Phoenecia now!
Greeks have heard rumors of a small empire to the distant north, but they have no formal contact with Poland.
Rumors of the murderous Kahn have reached the Emperor of China, though no formal contact has been reached.

OOC: If the Expansion wasn't enough, or what you expacted, I'm sorry, I can't imagine it would be very much at this time, and the Update reflects that.
Next turn: The first Bronze weapons will appear. Better be prepared.

Hmmm, Viking Empire or Native American Empire. Ahh, I don't want quick conflict with sheep, I'm starting an empire organized around my home state of Wisconsin. MWAHAHAHA
WISCONSIN
Background history (some taken from research of the tribes of Wisconsin): Also known as Aztala, and Atlansis by other tribes in the region, European scholars would know this place as Atlantis. These will begin bronze age due to the religion, but also archeological research that says that the amounts of copper needed to spark a bronze age in Europe could only come from the Hills of Wisconsin. In real life these tribes supposedly moved south and formed the Aztecs and Incas.
----------------
Ruler:
Forces:
Army: Medium
Navy: None
Religion: Pure worship of Advanced technology and scientific research. ((People don't recount wars, but will discuss winning strategies of war as a science. They show little compassion for outsiders who cannot benefit them by trade.))
Government: Chief-based society. (a tribunal elected by the elders (men over 30)). One chief is concerned with war, one with domestic improvements, and the head chief is concerned with the advancement of technology. Positions held until 50% of the elders who elected the current chiefs die, in which case new elections are taken.
Economy: Rapid Growth - the people understand that increased monetary trade will result in increased scientific advances, so the people are constantly trading and working to improve their situation.
Traits: Commercial | Scientific/Religious
Start: Southern Wisconsin, as far west as Madison, As far south and east as Chicago, and as far north as Oshkosh.
To Start: People are migrating more and more to the lands around Lake Michigan. by next turn they will be in Michigan, and encroaching on the Oneida territory further north in Wisconsin.
Currently the Citizens of Wisconsin are expanding the borders to increase trade potential. This is creating animosity from the primitive Oneidas to the North, but war won't be declared unless the Oneida fail to trade the copper necessary to make the precious Bronze.

civman2000
Ruler: OOC: civman2000 IC: Council of the Eleven
No Army (Stone Age)
No Navy
Religion: Moralism (No deities but highly moralistic)
Government: Council of the Eleven
Economy: Growing (for a tiny village)/Village Communistic system
Traits: Religious/Industrious
Population: 104
civman2000 is a tiny village in India. Its people are extremely moralistic, and none of them ever kill. By tradition, if any civman (person from civman2000) ever kills any animal, they must commit ritual suicide. The entire population is vegetarian, and the people of the village share all of teh village's resource in a communistic fashion. The village excels at agriculture, and the primary job of the civmen is to work in the fields for the harvest. All 104 civmen are of one of the Eleven Families. Each of the Eleven Families has a Leader; how the Leader is chosen varies from Family to Family. The Leaders of the Eleven Families are known as the Council of the Eleven, and they rule the village. Rather than voting to make decisions, however, all Eleven must come to a consensus to make any law.
civman2000 is a very peaceful town, and has in general good relations with its neighbors. It currently has no plans of expansion; all of its expansion will be in population.
On the map, it is a single green dot. I surrounded it with black so you can see the general area where it is, because the dot is very difficult to see.
Am I doing this right?
