You only make your war reparations larger and larger. You believe the Semerians to be barbaric? The Romans are fighting over a piece of ice, loosing against a lesser enemy, and loosing allies quick. It doesn't seem like a true, just, and civilized nation would be having these problems. The Semerians on the other hand are flourising with her new allies and the best ships on the sea.
Do not talk to us about being barbaric. Romans subjugate their citizens with the harshest laws, high taxes, and kill all who do not believe in things the way they do. Take your language somewhere else, sir, you do not know the meaning of barbaric if you call any European civilization it.

Not much seems to have taken place.. hmmm.
To the festering s hithole that is the nation of the Druids VISIBLE TO ALL: Why do you demand from us a rock that is your ally's holding? Do you want me to attack your ally and take it back? That cannot happen, the people of Wisconsin have decided that Offensive wars are not for them. We pose yet another question though, do you not think that your ally deserves a place where they can better conduct trade? What do you have against your ally?
To Texas, Oregon, Rome, Tierra del Fuego, Brazil, and Incaland (SECRET): Wisconsin has learned a lesson from the war on the ice, and sadly, right now that lesson is "We can be beaten." We suggest revamping the alliance so that we only fight wars if one of us is attacked in America, rather than if one of us decides to go to war.

Druid et al: We are not required to do anything. Rome still has her honor! We'll see how many allies YOU still have left if we go back to war. Wait, let me rephrase that, competent allies (IE the worthless semerians don't count) You are just a bunch of sore losers, that is all. You lost Iceland, give it up. We had little to do with the fighting there but if you keep insisting that your unreasonable demands be met you will find yourself back at war. Apparently there is no word for compromise in your useless language. Adjust the borders to give Rome more land OR adjust them to make a large de militirization zone. Don't sacrifice your soldier’s lives because of some petty pride, give it up!
Semeria: You have proved to be just as we said. Except possibly even more uneducated. Rome's taxes are low for full citizens and even lower for Greenlanders living in Roman territories. Rome's laws are designed to keep order and stability throughout the Empire. They are hardly harsh, in fact, Roman women can own some property and hold some jobs. There is no "draft" as many good Roman men wish to fight for their country. Romans are free to live and settle where they like and even have freedom of speech in designated areas (well, obviously nothing against our beloved emperor) The emperor controls the major civil affairs and the military, but day to day decisions are made by elected or appointed princes and can be thrown out at any time, much like our emperor has been in the past.
Is it barbaric to settle things by means of the sword? Rome does not think so. As you can see peace negotiations have hit a stalemate, one would not have occurred had we kept fighting. It is your nation that has trouble grasping archaic architectural concepts, it is your nation who dictates to her people uneducated propaganda, and it is your nation who holds a preposterous air of superiority (obviously our air of superiority is justified, duh). Please learn how to better your society before you critique ours.

Garrisons increased
The Garrisons of Greenland, especially those in BeachHead Stretch, have been filled with troops from Etruscia, Poland, Semeria, Egypt, Phoenecia, Greek Mercenaries, and obviously Druids, the Semerians have vowed that if conflict renews they will be taking land for the motherland, and not providing support like the rest.
Iceland was ceded to the Poles, and then ceded to the Druids. Ports in both nation have been opened to each other's navy.
Will the cease fire hold? Will a peace treaty be established?

Pax Pacifica
Peace has been granted to the Pacific, when the Vietnamese king signed a humbling treaty with the allied forces which had laid waste to his nation.
This has ushered in a golden era here, the Economies of all Pacific nations involved in the war (not Vietnam) has been moved to Booming and the peoples of China, Ainui and Urthal are Exstatic.

The Ethipian colonies of Arabia Minor have all but declared independence. The King's decrees aare ignored there and a Republic coouncil is elected to deal with Domestic issues. Foreign affairs are currently handled by the Ethiopians, but the Arabians are beginning to ignore his treaties which he makes with foreign powers.

All American (both Americas) nations have contact.
All North American nations have contact with European Atlantic nations.
