Umm, we still had wines at the end of last turn. It wasn't a deal that expired. I wonder if MZ just misunderstood and thought he had to send wines again. I guess we'll find out soon enough.

Should we trade Nationalism to GoW now? They only have wines and gold to trade us, but if we can lock up wines for near perpetuity it would certainly be useful. I'm thinking we should trade it.

BTW, we can't trade Nationalism to ND quite yet as they have not finished the medieval age. Roleplay is still stuck at physics too.

I thought Lego wanted as not to spread the tech around as to make it more costly for the others to research. I am assuming this as an extension of Lego NOT wanting our free tech now for that very reason. We might want to check.

According to what Vondrack sent me yesterday while I was talking with him about the ND deal, Lego has already contacted GoW about a medicine deal and it would look strange if they broke it off now.

It's not that we don't appear to be what we're not. Jumping up in tech so quickly has kind of quashed that. The point was that Lego has already started dealing with GoW to receive medicine. If they break it off now and receive it in 20 turns from us then who is to say that any of the other teams will want to make tech deals with us or Lego in the future if Lego breaks off a deal they've already worked on in order to get it for free.
