Meeting their match in mankind, the Aliens have fully left Earth, and have strangely done nothing as they leave.

Soon after the Aliens left, a crisis arose in China, where Japan, India, and Great Britain attempted to divide the battered country. China joined the Axis though, and is resisting the partition, even reoccupying Indian Tibet.

After the issue was brought to attention, much of the world (all NPC’s) has signed the agreement, the Treaty of Helsinki, saying that all cancer spray weapons must be destroyed.

Scandinavia today, signed the annexation papers with Finland, making them a part of Finland.

USSR is NPC.


China, Finland, USSR, Canada, USM, and Free Brazil have joined the Axis.

In Very New Delhi, President Alchun spoke of an alliance to counter that of the Axis, called the Allies (WW2 or what). So far, the members include India, CSA, Argentina, Haiti, and Australia.

The union of Kramer and the CNA has proven sucessful. The CNA is helping to rebuild the damage the former KA territory suffered, likewise KA resources are being used to aid the CNA where applicable. Private assets of the Kramer Corporation are to be retained by them, people in their territory are to become citizens of the CNA, which will also take over all governing and administrative duties not under private control. Along with the administrative restructuring, primary goals are economic integration and recovery. The Kramer Corporation, a country no more but still powerful is making efforts to reestablish economic power at home and all over the globe where there influence wained during the war and cementing their power where it still exists. They are offering aid to coutnries and any that accept they eill also use the opportunity to become dominant in supplying needed goods and employment. This will focus in the Americas and Australia, but anywhere the opportunity exists they will attempt to exploit it. Research and production firms are also preparing to work with their CNA counterparts and the government on a few new projects which will get underway soon (details later). -Continue rebuilding. -Rebuild nuclear program, and commence production as soon as the funds open up.

It regrets me to inform you that your recent threats are not seen with a good eye from the British Empire, no one shall try to make us looks like fools.
Also, we believe that the German Canchellor should better study some more history, as it was the Chinese and the Indonesian that attacked us by seizing Hong Kong and Singapore, all we did was just repeal their invasion and counter-attack, Indonesia did not accept to end the war, and now they are no longer a sovereign nation, the same fate shall happen to China, unless they decide to sign the peace terms we have discussed with our Japanese and Indian allies.
Off course if the Chinese wants to discuss the peace treaty they are free to do it, but since they did not say anything about it, we will keep on fighting.

we're afraid that won't work, as Australia is an ally. However, we have always supported economic domination for those that are strong and wise enough to use it. We could work together to take control of Australia's economy, and once we have done that Australia could be our puppet, without the need for bloodshed (or the expense that comes with perpetrating a war). Begin working with Japan to gain control of Australia’s markets. Take temporary losses to drive their companies to bankruptcy and then buy them. Inundate them with superior consumer items. Supply them with food in the wake of the unfortunate shortage that seems to be cropping up. Send the KA board’s most experienced directors to gain control of the economy using their usual despicable tricks, but try to be subtle. Create a favorable impression among the Australian citizens because KA and Japan will be employing most of them, and dominate the markets with high quality goods and services.
= Gain chokehold on their economy, the people’s will, and get the people to elect pro-Japan, pro-CNA, semi-puppet officials.
Then begin reaping profits, take out just enough so that they don’t go into recession (or at least for not too long at a time). Split profits with Japan.

Apparently the Canchellor didn't study his history once again, but we would like to kindly inform you that:
- China attacked the British port of Hong Kong in alliance with Indonesia who attacked Singapore (see page 14), despite the fact that we have declared that we would have turned HK back to China in 30 years (see a few pages before)
- No peace was ever signed with China during the Alien invasion, we just decided not to attack China but to attack the Aliens.

Now the Alien menace is gone, and we are fully intentioned to finish the war against China soon, and we don't need German approval for it.

And as for those "seeds of hatred" you are talking about, well, it appears to us that you are desperatly trying to have a casus belli against Britain, and to worse our relationship, certainly not to improve them.
