Googlie and GT both banned. This is very fishy: not the first time someone (quite crucial) from the ACDG gets banned for "not following the rules of the upload feature". I certainly hope they hadn't uploaded any mp3 files, that'd mean a three week vacation.

Doesn't explain Tacticus's email not working, though, does it?

Given that DGers are the ones who upload the most pictures, it would be nice for them to clarify what is and isn't valid.

Banning people and then pointing to this reference in the FAQ(see below) asexplanation isn't really acceptable IMO.

Although I will admit I had to delete some files myself after reading Mings clarification, so I won't say the banning isn't somehow justified. But it would be nice to have it in the FAQ.

Probably because a) Magic is a game, and b) these are 5 or 6 Magic threads in the "Other Games" forum. Less questionable than the movie posters I had uploaded*, but I didn't get moderated either.

I haven't read the rest of the thread yet,but I noticed you're all wondering where I went, so I'll set your minds at rest first. About a week ago, my internet connection went out, as it does occasionally, and it turned out that a file on our network was corrupted. When my dad tried to fix it, the computer itself stopped working (his, not mine), and it took some time to get it working again. We then had to call in some comptuer specialists to get the internet working again, which (obviously) it is now. The problems with sending me emails arose from my account having filled up with stuff, but I've cleaned it out, so that shouldn't be a problem any more. Sorry about all this.

EDIT: And I must say I don't have a clue what was objectionable about what I had uploaded.

Yes I'm pretty sure of getting 2 (Business and History) as I did well last year (thank GooglieGod for AS levels) but I haven't got an A in Maths or Further Maths (illness) and General Studies doesn't count. So I need an A in Economics. I have hope, as the last one went well, but in the first one this year I messed up timings (thought it was 15 minutes longer than it was) and so had to skip the last 2 questions, a quarter of the exam. However it should be ok Thanks for the crossed fingers

Oh give me the exams any day! Even got 97 on the road test for my driving license. Now working 8-5, or rather 7-6 is a totally different matter.

I took a drivers test last month and barely passed. A word of advice: if you fail to stop before the white line, and they warn you to stop before the next white line, make sure you do that.
