Mandado a ZargonX, Kloreep, GodKing y UnOrthOdOx de Tabemono (no estoy seguro cuales de ellos son activos):
quote:
Hello,
it's been a while. I am not sure exactly who to send this to right now, so I am sending to those who I think may be active there (and UnO, who I know is to some degree).
Communications have been a little sporadic between our teams recently, in large part due to the lack of many of my fellow Lovers' feeling confident enough in their English to convey and translate messages for the team. The first reason for this PM is to inform you that I am hoping to smooth things over by acting as Ambassador of sorts - my Spanish is usually good enough for this task.
I apologise for any strange signals that may have been received recently, and the second intent of this PM is to clear those up.
The Lovers are keen to maintain our NAP and friendly cooperation. There is no intention to attack our well-eating friends, and we hope we can meet soon for more diplomatic exchanges - you bring the wine, we'll bring the women! If there are any concerns about possible violations of territorial rights please let us know and we will remove our warriors, who admittedly sometimes get so love-crazed they believe they can sense womenfolk from many leagues away. In many cases it may be these hormone-blinded ambassadors for the Latins who are accidentally treading Tabemono vineyards on their Quixote-like missions for non-existent ladies in the night.
I have been informed that you have requested an alliance with us. Although we are certainly not averse to such an arrangement, we are a little curious as to what the Tabemono intends to achieve with this. If you can let us know exactly what sort of cooperation would be involved in this alliance, I am sure I will be able to encourage my lust-driven Government to look upon this favourably. After all it WOULD mean more joint banquets (they quite like those...)!
The last issue you have presented to us before is on buying Feudalism from you. The paperwork for this sadly got caught between the buttocks of the favourite concubine of the Gran Miembro - our leader - and it was only rediscovered recently. Please do not ask me how it got there , but rest assured we are now tabling this motion, and I hope to bring you more information over the next turn or two.
Until we converse again, eat well and be merry!

Mandado a Tabemono:
quote:
Hail to Tabemono from the fiesty Roman Latino Corazón!
I bring greetings and offerings from the sunny shores of our chiquita-populated lands. I always enjoy my short visits to your realms, for the healthy culinary fortification I always enjoy here aids my stamina greatly when I return home, something for which other Romans are at times deeply envious.
For an hors d'oeuvre I have a proposal to set forth for discussion at your dining tables. Our lands are close, and this allows us to consider setting up a trade route, either via sea or land through a road network. This would enable closer ties between our two peoples, and it may be possible to exchange luxury items, if you have surplus. We have Dyes for possible trade, and we notice you have Incense and Hides, although our accountants are befuddled as to whether you have enough to trade as well as keeping your dining halls smelling so wonderfully, and so well insulated. Secondly, further to the possibility of us buying Feudalism off of you, if you have no luxuries spare we could possibly try to negotiate a trade for Feudalism involving our surplus Dyes. Food for thought.
I have two further items on the menu for today. Some of the more nervous Latin Ministers have noticed with concern that a Tabemono Swordman is near the Latin city of Montserrat. Of course I realise that this is due to just a slight misunderstanding over the NAP, but all the same they have pressured me to officially ask that you please make plans to retire your sturdy troops to their barracks, thus easing the worries of my stressed superiors. I thank you in advance. Also there is a Tabemono Galley stuck on the coast between the spheres of several Latin cities, cut off from the lush shores of home. If it be of interest to you to return these sailors (they seem to be wasting away when viewed from afar!), we are certainly willing to discuss the possibility of them traversing our coast to reach their homelands. We do not want your sailors starving on our beaches!
Thus it is with some regret I must leave you, friends, and return through the jungle to the sun-soaked babelands of my home. I look forward to my return to visit you.
