Yes, there is one in Oriental.

Some help for Sloww
Name - name your character
Class - Ranger
Alignment - dictates how you will play your character. I wouldn't worry about this, post more later...
Sex - what sex do you want to play
Race - what race do you want to play
Stats.
Str
Dex
Con
Int
Wis
Chr
Initially these stats are out of 18. If you play a race either than human there will be maximum stat adjustments per that race.
str determines how well you will fight in hand-to-hand combat
dex determines how well you balance as well as how well your aim will be with ranged weapons
-dependent on whether you want to play a hand-to-hand fighter type or a range weapon type, maximize accoringly-
con determines physical endurance and well dictate how well you take damage
Int determines your book smarts, not really necessary for a ranger
Wis determines your "street smarts" or for a ranger your "wilderness smarts", this will influence your character greatly
Chr determines your influence and likability to non-player characters (npc's)
As a Ranger you should max str/dex and wis, then dependent on how you want to play your character focus on the others; con if you want to be tough, int if you want to be wise (and maybe multiclass to a wizard or bard), and chr if you want to be devinare...
You start with each stat value at 8, and than adjust per the point system as it was stated... if you want to play a certain race other than human, make the adjustment after you have tallied your stats. Thus, if you give yourself an 18 dex, and your race gives a +2 to dex, you then have a 20 dex...

looks good
since there is no reason to have 13 instead of 12 constitution I would recommend getting your bonus attribute for constitution on level 4

To Makeo:
then you are using a skill, you are rolling 1d20+rank in this skill+modifiers (ability, magic items etc.) vs a Difficulty Class (DC) of a given task (easier task - lower DC)
You may have no more than (3+Character Level) ranks in class skills (see your class description for a list of class skills or a table in Skills Chapter in PHB) and no more than (3+Character Level)/2 in cross-class skill.
You must pay double amount of skill points to increase cross-class skills.

hmm... before i finish my character, i had a question about house rules:
See, when i play with my friends, we thought it was both easier and better (more realistic) to have the tower shield just work like the tower shields do in the DnD video games (Neverwinter nights and baldurs gate, for example, tho i know baldurs gate was 2nd ed rules), that is they are just like Large shields, but give a +3 to AC. We toyed around with maybe declaring the use of it to hide behind or whatever, like the rules for using it in 3rd editon have you use it, but decided it was just easiest and made most sense for a tower shield to give +3 to AC.
I was wondering if we could use the Tower Shield like this, or if we are gonna do it by the book. I personally think this is much better and easier and makes more sense, tho it does kinda downgrade the potential effectiveness of the tower shield.
in the meantime i guess ill just do it as i have it, and can always go back and change it before we start playing, if need be.

In 3rd, does the Priest still get a 10%exp bonus w/ a wisdom of 16? |
No, 3rd doesn't give experience point boosts for having a good primary stat, because characters with a good primary stat benefit enough from simply having a good primary stat
