Russian army have its own problems, but one thing I can tell you for sure: if Spain will be ever populated by millions of such dumbas$es as you are and if those dumba$$es will ever decide to attack Russia, because they will be absolutely sure (like you're absolutely sure about this now) that Russian military is crap, we will destroy them.

Electricity cost here 15 times less than in USA, oil costs hell knows how much less, workers who responsible for maintenance of those facilities are paid with hell knows how much less money than the same workers in USA, etc.
