To the US: A threat to the Vatican is a threat to our entire Alliance, which consists of almost half of Europe, plus Israel. We advise you to reconsider.
To the nations of the world: The United States has gone fascist! We must act quickly to defeat them!
To Iran: Do not let the United States' threats deter you from doing what is right in Iraq.
To Anti-Tassadar revolutionary milita groups in US: Revolt! Riot! Destroy! The hour has come! Rise up to preserve your freedom!
To Palestine: We advise you to stay out of Israel.
To Alliance members: We suggest you start nuclear weapons programs for your own good. We will share our resources with you.
To Pope: *secret* If Israel joins our little Alliance, shall we announce it as part of the Empire at my coronation? We do have a promise to protect it, so I don't see how giving it full Empire status would hurt. Also, in the future, I'd like all secret communicays between us to be done via "hotline" [i.e. Private Messaging])
ADDITIONAL ORDERS
-Carry out the conquest/subversion of France as quickly as possible to allow time before the American storm hits.
-Send weapons and tech to China and Anti-Tass revolutionary militia groups in the US.
-Conduct nuclear strike drills in populated areas. We want to be ready when they come!
-Begin construction of nuclear weapons. When they attack, we'll want to hit 'em back!
-Prepare Alliance fleet for engagements with US Atlantic flotillas and squadrons. Make sure that the carriers are well-protected and loaded with planes.

To Germany: America apologizes for its, er, eccentric former leader. Please accept our apologies.
I would also like to sign a non-aggression treaty with your nation.
We do ask that, in the interest of world peace, you halt your invasion plans for France.
We would also like to become an observer into your alliance.
To China: While I do not support my father in most things, I do support the independance of Tibet and Taiwan. I am willing to return all former Chinese territory with the exception of Tibet and Taiwan.
To the American People: Don't kill the Catholics!!! They're very nice people! Except when theyre...but....
To Israel: I would've supported your state had you not have nuked us. Unfortunately due to popular opinion, I cannot support Israel. Ever. Sorry 
To the World: The American economy has been devestated as has the Chinese economy. As a result, the world economic infrastructure has begun to collapse. I would like to work with all other nations of the world for an Emergency Economic Restoration plan.
I would also like to discuss the nuclear cleanup.
To Russia: Now more than ever we are dependant on your oil. We ask that you step up shipping of your oil to America. You will be handsomly rewarded.
To Iraq, Iran: I am sympathetic to your regieme, however, it is difficult when you continue to act as you do. We ask that you take a much less hostile stance lest I be forced by the American people to take action.

To United States:
We will agree to a cease fire right now. As for Taiwan, we will conitnue to seak a peacefull way to reunite Taiwan back to mainland China. As for Tibet we will allow them to chose if they wish to be apart of China or on their own, but not untill all US troops have been withdrawn. China is changing governments and we will transfer over to a democratic government were all people in China will be free.

To China: We applaud your decision to seek peaceful ways of reunification and your decision to allow Tibet to remain apart of China. US forces are currently engaged in a retreat back to Tibetan borders.
I would like to propose that we both meet in Lhasa to sign a treaty of ceasefire?

To the US: We are invading France for reasons of state, not out of our own personal interests. They failed to uphold their promise to help Israel against its enemies that they made in 1948, the one that your, eh, eccentric predecessor stomped all over. Once we go in, we will simply demand some reparation money, which will be put in a trust fund for the Israeli nuke victims, then leave. We'll also send you and China supplies to the victims in those countries as well.
To Russia: I'll clarify on the rules with a separate post. I didn't explain those too well to begin with, anyway.
To Pope: *secret* I'm carrying out the invasion, but we'll have to forget about the partition, except maybe the return of Alsace-Lorraine, Avignon, and French Navarre to their rightful owners (me, you, and Spain respectively). We'll then demand some of their money, and most of it will go to helping the Israelis. However, we can continue our subversion of the French government, and if it collapses simply write it off as an effect of collateral damage.
To Anti-Tass militias: Go home, but if this new leader appears to be too much like your father, you can always begin again.
ORDERS
-Continue building nuclear weapons as a deterrent to those that would destroy us.
-Continue the planned invasion of France. Assaults over the Rhine, the Alps, the Pyrennes, the Ardennes, and the Saar all at the same time should be impossible to resist with adequate French forces.

To the US: Unfortunately, at the moment we cannot entangle ourselves with overseas relations. We will, however, let a diplomatic representative sit in at the proceedings.
A BETTER EXPLANATION OF THE RULES OF THE ALLIANCE
1. All nations share a joint military command. Self-explanatory.
2. All Alliance members share a common economy. Optional. If you're already a member of the EU, or if you're Panamanian or Ecuadorian (they use currencies based on the US$), you should have an understanding of how this works.
3. All nations represented equally in the proceedings. What I meant is that Germany, as founding member, exerts more influence, though all nations have an equal say. Again, understandable if you've been a part of NATO or, for a more extreme example, the Warsaw Pact.
4. Conduction of war is a joint effort of the Alliance and needs the approval of all members to be conducted. We do, however, make a distinction between a war and a border or minor conflict, which is entirely the responsibility of those involved.
Also, a few more rules:
5.Each nation makes a contribution of troops to the jointly-commanded Alliance Peacekeeping Forces. This contribution ranges from 1/6th (for larger nations) to 1/3rd (for smaller ones) Self-explanatory. These forces are put under total control of the Alliance Committee, while the rest of the country's forces remain under the control of their own country.

China too opposes the futher spread of US millitary bases around the world. China and Isreal have both suffered at the hands of the US millitary when we both have done nothing to provoke the United States. Thus I would hope that the current President understands this and limits the reach of the US millitary for the time being.

To the Pope and China: The United Nations, an international organization which is dedicated to peace, has recognized Palestine as a soveirgn nation which is able to govern itself.
The former US leader may have, well, nuked you, however that is no longer withstanding. The nation of Palestine has granted us these military bases in their territory recognized by the United Nations. I do hope you choose not to violate international law over this matter.
On the subject of provocation, I cannot justify my fathers position on Israel. However, the Peoples Republic of China was warned that if they did not recognize the independence of both Taiwan and Tibet, military action would be taken. The people of Tibet are extremly grateful for independance as is Taiwan. Polls conducted in both of them show 89 percent support independance in Taiwan while 76 percent in Tibet.
To the Pope: That is incorrect. With the destruction of major Israeli cities, Palestine retook control of the Gaza Strip.
On the subject of me being my fathers son...You lead a church which exploits little children and does hardly anything about it. Please do not lecture me on morality dear Pope, for you have none of it.
To Israel: Stay away from recognized Palestinian territory. Please. I beg of you.

Yay! 100,000 military troops arrive in the GSMZ (Gaza Strip Military Zone) today, as have several bombers.

It not like its an official church policy or anything *sheesh* I know you have the reputation of a dumb American to live up to, but do you have to do it so well? I may as well claim that because the preist is American that your whole nation are pedophiles, and the government supports it. LORD give me strength...
And what happened to your promises of 1948 to protect the state of Israel? Dropping a nuke on them, then invading their territory with the Palastinians is REALLY protecting them isn't it, dear President. I also don't recall a UN vote on the issue... perhaps we should actually have one, before you start trumpeting the results around (i.e. we actually vote in RL)
And then we come to the fact that you have turned the home of democracy into a dynastic monarchy, taking your father's throne without an election before he was even cold.
So yes, the Pope CAN lecture you on morals, you backstabbing viper. Either honour your promises to Israel, or act like the facsitic anti-semetic that your father was.

On the subject of US law...I really don't care what you think. According to TruthUSA (A spinoff of Pravda ) I have 64 percent of the peoples votes.
On the subject of promises to Israel, I have none. I have never made a single promise to Israel. I was a supporter of the Israeli state, yes, up until they nuked us.
You condemn me for condeming you about the NUMEROUS priests whom exploit children, yet you attempt to condemn me on the premise that my father and I are the same person? If we were, you would not be speaking now. I wish for peace, yet you wish for total war so that you can further your crown.
What you don't seem to understand is Americans are becoming increasingly intolerant. Of you. Your church does nothing in the face of atrocities against humanity, you attempt to overthrow the US government (Sucessfully), you attempt to organize the world against the US...The American people hear your words of hate, and in turn they begin to hate. Pope, I urge you to stop this futile attack against the US before your church becomes victim of American suffering.
And one more thing: We have our eye on you. Any attempts at harming America in any way will be constituted as a declaration of war.
