Hardly. The chances of your preists being able to detonate bombs at EVERY american military installation and destroy the ENTIRE power grid all at the same time are VERY low.
It's also unlikely that your state could freeze EVERY US asset in Europe as the Papal State does not control Europe.

We urge you to stop in your foolish ways. provoking the entire world will not help to heal your wounds. China is focused on rebuilding our nation and setting up a truely democratic government. We sugest that the United States do the same.

Orders:
Cut millitary force by 500,000 men in millitary. Place these in reserve in time of war. Also make the Chinese armed forces voluntary. Use extra funding from cuts in millitary to train remaining forces.

Start clean up of nuke sites. Also start transfer over to a total capitalist economy, but sell government owned bussiness one at a time. Also for 3 years give 50% tax break to all Chinese owned bussiness.

Point #1 : You have a free market - it is up to each company to doas it wants, unless you're ending capitalism in America.
Point #2 : The investments in Germany ARE the assets that have just been seized, so there's nothing for them to drop. All factories, offices, bank accounts etc are already in the hands of European governments. The only possible exception is France, because we still don't know which way they'll spring, and Britain, who continue their silly isolationist policies. You could try and get American money out of those two, but then they'd definitely join the European Alliance against you...

To Germany : We approve of everything. Thanks for your kind offers, but the Milano bomb factories are quite sufficient for the moment, and besides, our armed preists are already armed and in place.
