	Math for IW+Myst deal Increase the size of your Attachments

Please see the Sunshine correspondance thread; the proposed Math<>IW+Myt deal includes their IOU.

So, to summarize Sunshine's proposed deal:

We give them Mathematics and 20 gold
They give us Iron Working, Mysticism, and their 1 tech point IOU is considered nullified

IIRC, a tech point on a standard map is worth 24 commerce (we're on regent, right?). So, taking the IOU into account, we're only getting 4 gold off a straight trade. But here's a line from the Sunshine message:

4 gold is weighted in our favor. Right. That said, it is a fairly even deal, and we need IW. Not to mention we need to get back in the tech game. So what should we do? I think we may want to include a Non-Trade Agreement in this, as Mathematics will be cutting edge whereas IW and Myst are older news, but otherwise I'm still happy with this deal.

Agreed on accepting the trade as-is, though a no-trade clause would definitely be worth it if we can swing it.

Agreed. Good trade, made even better with a no-trade clause thrown in. Hopefully we'll have made some more contacts in the next 10 turns anyway.

I would be willing to consider adding some gold to the deal if Sunshine would be willing to give us Iron Working sooner than when we trade them Mathematics - the sooner we find out our iron situation , the better for city planning.

But admittedly with the hills and mountains so far away from us, we might be able to afford to wait the 15 or so turns (?) to Math for IW.

Yep, Sunshine no longer has a monopoly on our contact now.
