Napoleon has approved an appropriation of 75 Billion dollars over the next 5 years. This money will increase infrastructure, increase irrigation, go to researching new methods, and also to buy computers for the several million people in France.

Napoleon opens War-Factories

Napoleon has opened the 182 factories of war set aside by the old regime. These factories need to be upgraded, a process that will be complete in several months. When the factories are finished the factories will go to the following:

50% LeClerc
25% Mirage2000
10% Rafales
15% Munitions

Operation Strong Arm

Napoleon has started Operation Strong Arm which allows money to go to fortifying strategic border areas.

I would like to claim this land as the Federal Republic of Cilicia.
I will explain the history and demographics and such later as I don't have time now.
But it will be an alternate history state where the Crusades survived in those lands, is that ok?
If not I won't participate in this thread, sorry, I just wanted to have that country. (Not meant to sound like a threat or anything, I just couldn't think of a "nicer" way to say that.)

On this map, http://ccat.sas.upenn.edu/~rs143/sultan.jpg Lesser Armenia, Edessa, Tripoli, Antioch, and Cyprus. I'm not sure what you mean by "time warp" but this is an alternate history where the Crusaders in those areas were able to hold out against the Arabs.

Yes have Arizona and Nevada. And in answer to yor questions for this thread Russia and China stay together. I have noe power over this break up the US thing.

But to me breaking up China is stupid. What are you going to have Eastern China? A bunch of desert! Western China? A whole lot of people with absolutely no where to go! China stays together.

Also i motion to make the army size unlimited as long as you gradually increase it! You start out with 500,000 troops and you must gradually increase it no more than 250,000 troops every 3 months!

Also i think we should have time be 1 turn as 2 weeks and we should start the thread on January 1, 2000!
