Africa is the main spot for those overseas colonies. If we could, I would like to have Ghana as a protectrate. I think we only have those Pathetic Canary Islands as an oversea colony and that is it.

1140: Pope Innocent II declares that Jesus Christ will completely forgive the sins of not only one who Crusades but one who lives in a Crusader Kingdom. He also declares the right of all peasants to relocate to a Crusader Kingdom regardless of their lord's wishes. This encourages thousands of Europeans to move to Armenia, Edessa, Antioch, Tripoli, and Jerusalem. About half end up living in the Kingdom of Jerusalem, while the other half live in the remaining 4 Kingdoms due to their increased safety.
1291: Kingdom of Jerusalem falls to Muslims. Mass influx of Christians from that area to the northern kingdoms. Muslims sign peace treaty with other 4 kingdoms, ending the Crusades. Armenia, Edessa, Antioch, and Tripoli unite into the Kingdom of Cilicia. Cilicia's first act is to proclaim the right of any Christian to live in the nation. Cilicia adopts Latin as it's official language, due to the fact it has people of all races and Latin is the most important language in Christianity.
1291-1914: Cilicia experiences rapid population growth due to Christian immigrants. First real crisis since the Wars of Independence (as the Crusades are called) comes with the French Huegenots. 1914: Cilica enters WWI on the side of Allies. Cilica performs admirably and at the end of the war annexes Little Armenia from Turkey.
1948: Cilicia aids Israel in it's War of Independence and annexes Northern Jordania at the conclusion of the war.

Remember though, some of those ships are mothballed, like you battleship IIRC.

Also, in some places there aren't ports capable of treating a carrier, but I'll leave that to you guys to decide.

Well, i guess it is safe to assume that there is at least one port in each section that can treat a carrier, Norfolk in the CSA, San Diego in California, and maybe Boston or Philadelphia or somewhere in Maine in the USA!

Also my proposal for the navies is assuming that upon separation, each faction has activated their respective forces and they are now active.

Uhhhh...little thing we do differently here at Apolyton than SidGames. We're not "obsessed" with numbers. I mean, we have to keep it real of course, but we don't need to know exactly how many missiles or how many corporals we have in each of our armies.
