I claim the Confederate States of America!
Territory: Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, Florida, Cuba, Alabama, Mississippi, Tennessee, Kentucky, Arkansas, Texas, Oklahoma, Chihuahua, Sonora, Baja.
Cuba voted to enter the CSA when Fidel Castro died and the USA broke up.
Mexico was plagued by civil war after the fall of the USA and when it went bankrupt, the CSA offered to buy Chihuahua, Sonora and Baja from them.

USA is broken up
No Nukes, Chem or Bio warfare (boo hoo)
Only one country per person
You cant start rebellions in another person's nation
I think that is it, well besides be realistic!!
