Actually, both were free!
I'm testing right now to see if my onboard audio card will work with these "new" drivers. I have owned this motherboard for the past 2 years, and and I have never gotten the onboard sound card to work. It's an nForce audio, I've got it playing some U2 right now and it sounds great.
Unfortunately, every time I've gone and reinstalled the sound card it works fine for a day or two and then Poof! My system goes blue screen on boot.
Ah, oh well, such is life.
I will see in a few days if these newer drivers work.
The sound card I've been using is going on 8 years old, it sounds nothing like this nForce audio.
