I sent out the turn the day math sent it to me. As stated up on the last page, Flameflash has been having some problems and is probably with the turn right now.

Don't get so angry, being a mod isn't easy (as I know). Also he might not always have time to check the boards, one thing you can do is send a nice email telling him the situation because he probably checks his email for his turns.

I'm working on the system slowdown as best I can. Just installed the update last night, so hopefully that fixes the problem.

I aint angry...I just dont like waiting when you dont know if a person is away, working, no longer pays his bills/disconnected ISP, ect. and we have so many people now..just wanna keep the game moving..too many slow games on these boards now!!

But 4-Real..I can wait another day..just we need to have some directions and stick pretty close to them...

24 hour rule has now become 48 hour rule S-T-R-E-T-C-H-E-D .......T-O.....72 + HOURS

I suggest if you can't play your turn in time it would be better to ask someone to substitute you for 1 or 2 turns. That way the game won't stop because people need to care about real life too.

normally i would agree with you, but consider the case where someone is nexted until turn 5 and didnt get the free tech. he would probably not want to play the game anymore and any possible permanent substitute for him would have the same disadvantage. so we might end up dragging one player who doesnt care about the game through to the end.

If you need a temporairly substitute I am pretty sure you tell him what he should do. Especially what advance to select.

just keep in mind to tell hatschy what tech to choose.

its an early turn anyway, so why not tell hatschy at all what to do ? cant be that much so early on. so no decisions for him to make, no moderator manipulation
