And I've watched a few too many episodes of Japanese animation... "sekai" is 'world', "finrandogo" is 'Finnish language', "ichiban" is first or number one, "warui" is something weird, "kokugo" is 'language', "ga" is somewhere in the neighbourhood of 'is', and "da" and "de" are some sort of particles. What they make out would be pure guesswork though, since the "de" is probably the whole point in the sentence, but from general context: "The Finnish language is the strangest language in the world."
