It was topped at some point and then de-topped. In any case the orders I posted up to 2900bc will be finished soon, and GK will probably be creating a thread with his orders for afterward.

Ahem...first it was in this turnthread

Then I posted it in Paddy's MOI thread that was de-topped

Then after the thread was de-topped I posted it in Turnthread 19 to refresh everyone's memory.

Then Godking posted it again in Turnthread 20

And again in Turnthread 21

It didn't however get posted in this thread, but I can if everyone wants to see it again.

Why don't you re-top Paddy's MOI thread. Unless Godking wants to start an MOI thread of his own with new information from 2900bc and beyond.

ISSUES OF NOTE

Next turn we build the granary. Queued up next are Warrior, Settler.

Once granary is built, we lose another gpt for maintanence. When the warrior is built, we lose another, bringing us to -3gpt due to upkeep of 2 units and granary. (We have 5 units right now)

We are the only city at size 3. Everyone eise is size 2.

We are #2 in Population. #3 in GNP, Mfg, Land Area, and Productivity. Looks like more rivals have built their 2nd city.

I will be creating a generic MOI thread this weekend, top whatever you want, but just realize that I will be doing something soon (been on my to-do list for a bit, and is now working its way to the top.)

Also, although we will be loosing one more gold with the grainary, the other gold will balance out with the worker as we will go up to pop4 at the same time, giving us one extra gold. Then, with the settler, we will be in a major deficit (-5 IIRC - at work, so no notes to look at now) for the turns to move to the new location and found the city. Oh, the worker counts as a unit, so we are already paying one gold maintance now (4 warriors, 1 worker, despotism so only 4 units allowed per city). Once the second city is up, our financial woes will subside (for a little bit).

Running a deficit between the time the first settler is built and when that city is founded is normal. I wouldn't worry about it.
