I made this map for my own reference using the "Wine Scale" (that is, assuming Wine is the same size as RL Italy, then mapping out the sizes of the other nations). I thought it might be useful here - even if we decide against a Wine=Italy scaling.

Rasputin: Auldoninna is about 1/3 the size of Jonchastan. That means about 200km from east to west, and, say, 100km north to south.

What definitions are you using for "regiment"? Remember it varies from country to country. In American terms, substitute "battalion" for "regiment" and you're good to go. In either case, Divisional strength remains the same.
