Oh, that segment, which is, by coinsidence, the overwhelming majority?  Yep, that's a small difference.

The protests began in Kosovo only after the Serbs began disenfranchising and discriminating against the majority Kosovar population.
I wasn't aware that Palestinians had ever been invited into the Israeli school system.

It began in the early 80s, well before Milosevic's speech |
Really? Do you expect me to believe that Tito would have tolerated that? Prior to Milosevic's election most opf the teachers in Kosovo were Kosovars, so such a protest would have been against their own people. quote:

I may be wrong, but I thought there was a public school system there. Remember, the West Bank was part of Jordan. |
Somehow I doubt that the Israelis allowed the Jordanians to continue running a school system inside Israelis occupied territory. I don't know why. It's just a hunch.
