Omg, gay people can have fun. The horror. The terror.
Though I gotta be givin' you props for *****in about the blouse/pants combo. That's just stupid. | I don't mind gays having fun or being gay in public or private or otherwise. I just think the behavior I mentioned is annoying to me for example. If someone came on to my woman in front of me that is a challenge. It can result in physical violence. It's also disrespectful to make sexual comments in front of elderly people. My grandmother would smack me in the mouth for being so lewd.
My basic problem is really with the fact that the people I'm talking about look like pretenders.

I'm not stereotyping. I never said that all or even most gay people do anything. I only used some of the examples that I witnesses to point out specific people who annoy me. Like I said if I saw two gay people holding hands or kissing I would have no problem with that.
I don't have a problem with people expressing there sexuality. I have a problem with people overdoing it to the point of looking like a clown.
Just like I have a problem with fat women wearing bikini's.
I have a tremendous amount of respect for people who are openly gay in this society. I believe that gays should not be treated as they have in the past and are being treated today.
So please don't give me credit for positions I don't support.

1. Actually, I was asking for an explanation for the fake behavior not the crass behavior, because I don't understand it. I thought it better to ask for explanations than to make assumptions.
2. I'm sure that if I saw their crass disrepectful behavior I would have a problem with it. As a black man and as an American. i often speak to black kids around me about the crass disrespectful things I see from them and other black kids. I hope that through my words I will make a difference. Maybe you should also.

Boris,
I'm not sure if you or someone else used the word stereotyping. I was responding to a collective. I don't believe that my question is stupid. I tried to take all the offense off the question so no one would feel like there was anything to defend or distance themselvesf from.
Similar to the discussions about blacks. I have not tried to defend blacks for any ills in that community only give truthful opinions about the situation and what I saw as the solution. Just because a person is gay does not mean you have to defend their actions.

You also might have a better understanding of why this particular thing happens just as I might be able to explain the crass behavior of black kids better since I was one and have 3 of my own.

If we knew why people opted for fake (if it is indeed so) or crass behavior, we'd be psychologists who would make a lot of money.

I don't expect homosexuals to behave a particular way, one way or the other, because I don't view the behavior of one as somehow representative of me. My actions speak for themselves, and if someone judges me based on what some other idiot does, that's the fault and mistake of the person doing the judging. Not my fault, nor the idiot's. I despise the mentality that I am somehow responsible for the behavior of other gays, when the negative stereotypes about gays are based on a small minority of gays in the first place. It is justifying such stereotypes to do so.
If a some guy is behaving like a total jackass and claiming to represent all gays by doing so, I'll be glad to call him on it. But if it's some guy at a restaurant just acting like a fool, I'll just ignore him and make sure that my behavior is what I'm concerned about.
